HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im a very patient person too!! VERY SLOW with customer service. Purchasing it was a bit of a process so we gave them the benefit of a doubt. When we finished our floors we went to return our extra wood. When we walked in there were 2 previous customers waiting to be helped, we were the third. And not 1 customer service person was in sight to help us. My husband had to walk into the back and ask for help. When he walked into the back 3 employees were visiting amongst eachother and were surprised people needed help! They did the return and when we went to the back to get it unloaded several others (it wasnt clear whether they worked there or not) were hanging out next to the loading dock. We waited for someone to come help us with the return and when noone came my husband unloaded the boxes himself and left them there. The people who work here work at their own pace, walk around with faces like they hate life, and arent clear about their expectations from you as far as purchases go.

My experience with LL - Chandler, AZ store - has been very good. We have made 2 separate purchases over the past few months and both times we have had great customer service. Julian & Ray, especially, were very helpful and provided us with solutions when several of the pieces we needed were backordered. However, there is room to improve. Many of the "popular" laminates are not in stock. It would be nice for a LL sales associate to mention that before you place the order - thinking you will pull around back and go home with it - pay for it in full - only to find that they "dont have it in stock and dont know an exact date when it will be." It would also be nice for LL to keep the customer updated as to when the backordered products, that are paid for, become available. I have found that working with LL is a lesson in patience; however, we are very pleased with the products that we ordered. The quality is awesome and they look amazing in our home.

I purchased a substantial amount of laminate flooring and used their referral for the installation. The job went very well. Fast forward 5 years. I am having a problem where I am getting a black residue in the joints even in areas where there is no traffic. As it is there are just 2 people, including myself, living here. I have been using their floor cleaner exclusively to clean the floors from the very beginning. When I presented my problem to the sales person at the store, I was told to contact the company via a chat room. It is not a live chat. You submit your question and automatically get an email saying that they will get back to you within 48 hours. The reality is that it took 3 months to get back to me. Then I finally get an answer telling me to try another floor cleaner. Needless to say if this is what they consider good customer service, they will not be getting any new business from me and I will certainly NOT be recommending them to anyone.

I bought 4 bucket of their Biostick Ultragrip but when my contractor opened one bucket it was partly dry. I wasnt at home so my contract tried to use those usable portion and throw away the waste. As a consequence I had to buy two extra bucket to make sure I have enought glue. I admit the contractor should have brought this to my attention immediately so I can return the product to the store and exchange a new one. This is not important. More important is that when I talk to the store manager Alex Thomas and explain the situation, he has a very cold attitude and made me feel that I owe something to them. His custom relationship skill is really terrible. He treats a loyal customer (I bought more than $15000 products from this store). The orher store manager Julian was much better, but he was off for a few days and couldnt help. I dont undetstabd how a person like Alex Thomas can become a service manager for a good floor store.

What a joke ! Its been more than 2 weeks since they suppose to receive the other half of my order and no one really know what happened and when Ill receive it. Only guesstimates at best. As for phone calls, as others said, dont expect them to call you back, they just dont care about customers and no one will bother to do that. Even worst they might put you on hold and forget about you hoping that you might give up at one point.and hung up. At the store its a different world apart from outside world. They have theyre own universe that has nothing to do with the reality, leave alone the customers. Slow moving, completely disinterested, happy to see you going. Anything they can do just to leave them alone.

I ordered some flooring and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks.... 10 weeks later I finally got my flooring after weeks of being messed around. Every time you call the store they say they are busy and will call you back but never do. I was told multiple times they would update me about what was happening with the flooring and again nothing for weeks. When my husband picked up the flooring they charged him too much. I called and was told they would refund me the diffrance and 2 weeks later and multiple phone calls later Im still waiting to recive that refund! Extreamly disapointed with my experience and I would not recommend lumber liquidators to anyone no matter how good the price is!

Went into a store and gave them some rough estimates of how much wood I needed and how much molding etc. I put down a substantial deposit and I was assured someone would be sent out to get the correct measurements. After a week I get a notice that the order is shipped and is in transit. If no one shows up in the next 24 hours to take some measurements Im canceling the order. Cant reach these people by phone either. They answer and tell you thell call right back. Yeah, as in next century! I also found the wood I ordered somewhere else for 35% less (small dealer in Pennsylvania).

My experience was decent. I went into the store to see the sample of the wood flooring I was wanting to purchase. After deciding the flooring was a good fit for us we measured our flooring needed and placed the order. This was a DIY project and they made sure we had all tools and accessories necessary to complete our project in a professional manner. I also needed to do the online chat to fix a double order issue and I had no issues receiving a refund. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is this store is very hard to get ahold of by phone.

Im very disappointed in the product and the service. I purchased click-lock Morningstar bamboo flooring three years ago and it is now warping, cupping and the transition strips will not stay glued down. I contacted LL and they blamed the installation even though I had it installed exactly how they told me to. With so many other flooring companies to choose from I will never use LL again. I would also advise staying away from the click-lock floating bamboo flooring.
