Its rare that I write a review. Even when Ive had a bad experience, I give the store the benefit of the doubt. Not this time. We picked out a love seat, and picked out 3 fabrics. Each fabric was a different price. I should have known something was wrong when they wouldnt let me take the quote home. We came back to the store, ready to buy. When the sales person came back with the price, it didnt match the quote we had been given. So I talked to the manager. I explained. The price was $100 higher in the store. I asked them to split the difference. The manager wouldnt. Before we left, we once again asked the sales person to talk to the manager. We explained that we would be writing bad reviews, and also would be calling La-z-Boy HQ. The answer came back no - N O. We asked for the managers name, which they declined to give us. Hence we write. Buyer beware stores that wont provide a written quote.

Today I took my 92 year old father to get a new recliner. Greg Holt helped us. He was so kind & patient with my dad. He showed my dad what was available in his price range & desired color. He was respectful of my dad & treated him as a valuable customer. My family lives 2 hours out of town & comes here to shop because of the service & selection. We have purchased several recliners from them. I would highly recommend this store & especially Mr. Holt. Also the loading dock crew was courteous.
