[I have since heavily amended my review as the owner reached out to me by phone and made the situation right. He was entirely helpful and Im so glad he called.] I previously had a review stating that I brought my wheel home after having it respoked and trued and it was not inflated and I spent a fair bit of frustrating time in my parking lot attempting to seat the tubeless bead unsuccessfully. I was very frustrated at the situation. Coming from a motorsports background I personally used to seat a tire if not slightly over-inflated it before returning it to one of my customers (you can always deflate without tools but not inflate). The situation on that has been rectified and I rescind my previous comment. Speaking with the owner has put it in a new light for me. The one large gripe I still have was that I tried calling during business hours to get a suggestion on what do to, because things happen people forget to inflate the tire, I know I have, and the phone rings and rings and rings and rings. This phone situation has happened previously too at various hours of the day when I call so I just would drive down in hopes they were actually open like the website said they would be. The owner assured me this would be remedied. The spoke job itself that I brought the bike in for was actually quite good. All the spokes seem good to go and straight. I wish it had not become the situation it was. Big thanks to Gil (the owner) who turned the whole situation around with a single phone call. I genuinely believe he wants whats best for the business and will make changes to make it right.

Owner is a nice guy, but he allows his business to be run poorly. Staff is friendly but extremely irresponsible and lack the follow through. Every time I bring my bike there is have problems. The owner tried to make things right after the fact so you give them another chance, then the same employees screw up again and again. They forget to order parts, throw away items that I asked to save, when bike was assembled they didnt place stickers to protect frame from wear, only offer certain accessories and are way over priced. I really want to do business with a local place, but they are forcing me to go elsewhere. I gave them too many chances.

Dropped my bike off to have the shiftier repaired. took them a tad bit longer than i expected (dropped on Thursday, returned Tuesday), but maybe they had to order a part, so that wouldnt be their fault. When i got the bike back, Im pretty sure they tightened up the breaks and cleaned a few other things, which is service above and beyond what i paid for, so Im happy them them, and would definitely go back.

this is a great bicycle shop I bought a bicycle to go to work, and ever since I have transportation to go work. The service is excellent and the peaple there fix your bike really fast I really recommend this bike shop. They really know their staff I bought a trek 7200 last years model and it was the best investment for my health and Im able to enjoy mother nature when Im exercising.

3 stars is a high rating for this bike shop. Terrible servise...they dont listen to directions and details that you tell them and then turn it out to be your fault. for example i wanted my frame inspected...they inspected that my rear derailer was sandpapered? never said to inspect anything else than my frame. Never going back.

I highly recommend this bike shop, sold me the bike that was right for me (and not the bike I originally inquired about). The shop really cares about its customers---friendly staff. They even invited me on the shop rides, which are a lot of fun!

Took my bike for a tune up. The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was great. The bike was checked/cleaned up and down. The adjustments made a huge difference on the trails. I greatly recommend this shop.
