I purchased a $50 gift card in your Rockaway store & assumed the card was in the wrapped DSW box. But when the box was opened, there was nothing in there. I had my receipt & went back to the store this week. Your sales associate, Jenny, was able to determine the card was never used and the amount was transferred to another card. Jenny was so nice, and so professional ! Thank you ! You have a customer for life...

Great shoe selection with competitive prices. I would have given five stars but I found it difficult to get help. I couldnt find anyone on the sales floor to help me. Also, the way some of the boxes were stacked made it very difficult to get to the size I needed.

Ive never left without a pair (sorry, wallet).But usually youd find me in the back attacking the sale rack. They have a good variety of mens and womens shoes and accessories. The staff is helpful and the store is clean, what more could you ask for?
