if i could give them -10000000 stars i would. DO NOT ever buy from this store ever. i walked in the store trying to return my shoes. because my shoes were rare jordan shoes, they had to "return" it to the fninishline facility. i thought they were just gonna refund me the money right then and there but they said they were going to SEND it to the finishline facility. also the guy i talked to was very very uncommunicative. he said to wait 4-5 days. 8 days rolled by so i called customer service. they had to research the situation as to why i didnt get my money yet. it took customer service 2 days to find the problem and had to contact the clueless employees of finishline vorhees multiple times. customer service finally found out that they sold my shoes at their retail finishline store (in vorhees town center) and did not ship my shoes to the facility. if i did not call customer service i would of been robbed of $225. they lied and did not ship the shoes which made me the most mad at. i love finishline but this retail store sucks. finishline is amazing but please do not buy from this specific store.

Tureiq was extremely helpful and polite. He was moving quickly and efficiently to the customers within the store, while what looked like training another coworker. I appreciated his professionalism and quick response to help me.
