PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO VISIT THIS TIMBERLAND RETAIL STORE. This is the absolute worst retail store Ive been to of any kind. This store is not even retail even though every source on the web claims it is. It is a "clearance center", which is only visible on a tiny 12pt font sign after entering the store. A clearance center is much worse than a retail store, which includes everything - prices, products, quality, returns, etc. The service in this store is the absolute worst service Ive ever experienced. All employees are extremely rude, mean, salty, pushy, critical, poorly educated on Timberland boots, and unskilled. It is clearly obvious they have not gone through much training or education; none of them own any Timberland boots of any kind themselves. They were extremely rude to me even after I bought boots - the whole time every since I entered the door. The employees are nothing but rude to myself and all the other customers there even when we tried our best to be kind; it really doesnt pay to be kind. Not a family fun experience nor a good one. You will not be satisfied here - in shopping or quality. Because of my experience here, I will never ever come back here and to the absolute best of my word, I plead all of you not to go here. It is by far the worst store of all the Flemington Outlets - the rest of which I love, especially Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, etc. Thanks, Jason
