Went to the store specifically to get help with finding a show with a proper fit for my daughter who has had fit issues in the past. All the associate did was ask what model shoe she wore into the store and offered the exact same model. No assessment what so ever. The shoe in her size wasnt in stock so they had to order it. They told me we would receive the shoes in 5 or 6 days. Its now 9 days and we still havent received he shoes. The first tracking number they gave me was not for my shipment, either was the second. I had to call and get a 3rd tracking number before I was given the right one. The receipt I was given was illegible, they offered to email a copy to me and I had to ask three times on separate days before I received the receipt. I shared my disappointment with the store and their offer of compensation for my hassle was a measly 15% off a FUTURE purchase. They will not receive a single dollar from me in the future and I recommend that you dont risk your money there.
