Great selection, crappy staff. no customer service skills whatsoever and they have an attitude. dont say hi, smile or thanks when youre checking out. They literally act like youre a nuisance for even coming into the store.

One friendly staff member greeted me. Went to checkout with my item. Manager checked me out I handed over my coupons. Manager was unwilling to honor coupons. Wont ever waste my time with DSW anymore.
