Only one word to describe this place: stunning. And you only need two to say the employee responsible for it: Daray Goss. I was having trouble finding shoes that fit my size 12.9 feet, and after hours of searching other shoe stores I ended up at the holy grail of shoe stores, DSW. Like Saint Paul at the gates of heaven, there he was. Daray Goss ushered me to the mens shoe department with the precision and skill the likes of which I havent seen since Private OMalley back in Nam. He sat me down in a luxurious isle of the finest footwear and pulled out three boxes of the most lavish and generously discounted shoes. "But Mr. Goss," I beseeched, "my size is-" "Shhhhhhhh," he reassured me, "12.9, right?" Daray didnt even need to measure my feet to know what size I was. I bought each pair of shoes he showed me, as they all fit like a glove, but for your feet. Ever since, Ive had a spring in my step that I havent felt since 1952, when I won first place in the Boston marathon. This year I plan to do it again, and I have mr. Goss to thank for it.

My life before I discovered the excellency of DSWs feet apparel was tantamount to the dark ages. I would come home from work every day to blisters and sores all over my feet, which makes dealing with ten children quite a hassle, lemme tell you. After my ankle broke for the third time in a week, I said enough is enough! I went to the one place I knew who could help: DSW. As I wheeled in on my wheelchair, i couldnt help but notice the ruggedly handsome gentleman approach me. With a grin on his face, a twinkle in his eye, and "Daray Goss" on his name take, my heart skipped a beat. "Anything I can help you with, Maam?" He asked in a manner not unlike how one would speak to an old friend. Not even a second passed after he uttered that question when I felt my legs instantly feel better. My ankles! They were healed! I got up and asked him to escort me to his finest shoes. He took me by the arm, and, well, the rest is history! Our wedding is next week, and I have dsw to thank for it!

With a need for a palm beach bowtie, sizable enough for my gargantuanly unaverage sized neck, I felt as though I was in quite the pickle. I had felt as though there was no hope for me, and that I would have to cancel hosting my yearly house party. That was, until I stepped into my local DSW Designer Shoe Wearhouse. Initially, I had thought "Holy Moley, there is loss of bowties" Thankfully, my local Daray Goss,was helpful in walking me through the process of finding my Palm Beach Bowtie, and by the days end, I drove home with a small bag containing my Palm Beach Bowtie Overall, 29/10

I walked in to DSW an incomplete man. After being guided and informed by Daray Goss I walked out of the store a man with shoes on his feet. Daray Goss is the best individual Ive met this side of the Missisipi and deserves an award from his stellar service to the shoe store industry.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. The staff is extremely helpful if you cannot find your size. They suggest ordering from their website, and explain the process to you. Accept returns and exchanges in a curteous manner. Great customer service experience.
