They make it so difficult for you to get your glasses and contacts. I went in there with my glasses AND contacts prescription, which are both up to date and they would not sell me glasses or contacts because my prescription is through a different eye doctor. They wanted me to pay for exams through them. Its all about the money. My glasses snapped while I was at work so I went to see if I could just get a trial pair of lenses because they gave them to me for free every time I had an exam with them. My current prescription is the same and up to date, they told me no. That Id need an exam with them. Are you kidding?!

So my mother and I both went at same time order our glasses on a Thursday. She got hers the following Wednesday my was not in yet. Here it is 3 days after my mom got hers and mine are still not in. They dont know why the lab hasnt sent mine yet. Now I have to wait at least another 4 days cus the lab is closed til monday so that cant find out what the hold up is.

The people at the vision center are always helpful. The eye doctor is great at remembering patients by name(or maybe my eyes are just that bad).
