This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with my annual eye exam for contacts. A manager rung my order up and seemed distracted the entire time. In the past, Im told what the cost is vs clear and am asked what colors I want. However, I was just rung up and told my out of pocket cost was $280. I thought it seemed high from last year but wasnt sure if my hsa was used so I decided to pay and look at my receipt from last year at home. I called the store the day after my exam as I found my receipt from last year where I paid 7 times less. I was told Id get a call back about it but didnt. Call them back and asked to speak to someone about it. I am told my insurance covers less for colored contacts thus my out of pocket cost and was told they can do a refund once my order comes and then a repurchase for the clear. Get a call two days later that my color options were not entered on the order and to call back with my choices. The rep I spoke with said I could order clear and shed have the rep that called me call me about the adjustment. No call back btw. Get a call that Friday that my conacts are ready for pickup. Pick it up the next day and ask for the adjustment. The rep tells me she has to speak to her Mgr about it. She comes back stating theyd process it on Monday and will call me. Of course no call back and I waited til 6pm Tuesday. I leave work, I call the store and got the rep who gave me my order. She tells me that an adjustment cannot be done because they already filed the claim with the insurance company. All they can do is order me two extra boxes of clear contacts. I tell her that I want the adjustment. She tried to tell me that by ordering two extra boxes, it costs more than I paid so theyre willing to override the pricing for me. She had the nerve to make it look like they were doing me a favor. Of course it costs more because my insurance only covers a years supply, which I already got. I decided to call Corporate to get it settled with them but they were closed already. I call the store back later to speak with a manager but of course he is away. I was assured that he would for sure call me back as soon as he returns. As usual, I never got the call back. At this point, Im livid with the store and refuse to work with them any further. I call Corporate the next morning. The rep even told me that since I got clear contacts instead, the store should have still been able to process an adjustment because I didnt get what they charged me. He stated that hed call the store to work with them on the issue and would call me back. My husband decided to go in the store to speak with a manager. He gets the GM who proceeds to tell us they refuse to do an adjustment or return. He shows her the receipt from last year and she tells him that we were charged incorrectly and should have paid more out of pocket. My husband tells her that we were never notified or billed for this discrepancy. The only reason she found the error was because of this meeting. So because their store billed us incorrectly last year, the GM said that that is why they cant do anything. Its not our fault their store never found the error and didnt bill us last year. The GM tried to tell us that we should have known the costs and that I should have known not to change my order. He tells her we will be contacting Coprprate again. The GM then says she needs to review the issue and will "definitely" call me back today. Of course she didnt. Corporate is having the same issue with them not working with them so its been escalated to the territory director.

Its so hard to find somewhere that offers good friendly service and quality products these days. While a few, (and by few I mean only the one guy) employees were nice. He was helpful and spent quite sometime with me trying to alter my glasses. I had distortion and blurry issues, that no amount of twisting and tweaking seemed to fix. They eventually replaced and tweaked my prescription. This seem to do nothing to fix the blurriness in my left eye. The doctor seems as enthusiastic as a Sloth who hates life. The one lady sent me off even after I complained they sat crooked. Ive made so many trips to this god awful eyeglass place to get these fixed, each time with a glimmer of hope theyd be better. Top it all off, its impossible to keep these glasses clean and smudge free, even with persistent usage of the in-house cleaner. All but one of the employees seem like unintelligent unhelpful people who could care less than be there. Avoid this place. Update* went back to have them adjusted *again*, lady argued with me on whether or not i asked her to loosen or tighten it. Its like

Bought a new set of glasses for my 6 yr old with a Guess frame. Took 2 weeks to deliver. Took delivery at closing time and my son wore it for maximum 1 hour. Next day morning, the frame is broken at the hinge. The lady to the counter alleged that my son must have stepped on it causing it to break. But how can a 6 yr old step on the glasses without dislodging the lens, and without twisting the entire frame etc, i wonder! The frame was of poor merchantable quality and should not have been sold to us. End of the story! Paid big money for this including a protection plan. Now i have to pay $20 bucks to get the frame replaced "under the protection plan". I will never shop here again.

The manager (so called) ShanAsia was rude and disrespectful. Swore at me and placed Two people in front of me that had appointments 30 minutes after me. She yelled and refused to give me the district manager number. I called and reported her anyway. Never ever ever will I ever patronize that location! In addition, my sons glasses is already messed up and its only been 4 days. I think the frames were bad before the lens were placed in it. The manager was so unprofessional swearing and acting crazy that she was asked to leave by another worker. However, Jennifer and the other gentlemen were very professional.and helpful. Lesson learned .....

We have gone to this location for.about 5 years without any problems. I am extremely disappointed in how our appointment went today. I brought my daughter in to get contacts. They never told us that she would require two visits on order to actually get the contacts. They insist that a one hour fitting class be scheduled on a different day and cant be in the evening or on a Sunday. And they insisted that we pay upfront for.the fitting class.

I needed to replace a pair of glasses that I had worn for almost 6 years. I went in with my fiance and we worked with Alexis, who gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. She made me feel amazing and helped me find a pair of glasses that I absolutely love. I had been in previously for an exam, and had a perfectly fine experience then too. I would recommend her and this location 100 times over.
