Is there a minus star option? One star is too good for this place. The doctor was fine, very through and professional but the reception staff is rude, disorganized and clearly NOT competent in fitting glasses. Also cant do basic math. The receptionist gave me 3 different quotes on glasses (same pair ) before deciding it was too hard to figure out and said I could "pay the balance " um, no I specifically chose frames from the rack covered by insurance. She then walked away to chat with a friend! I took my prescription and left. Id rather go without than to go back to this den of incompetence!

Horrible very rude eyes rolling not friendly at all..will never go back there again! Horrible service. I shouldve left! Unfortunately the only place My insurance covers all of them are horrible ..I rate a big Zero! Especially Mayfair!
