Myself and my daughters have been going to Pearle Vision for several years now. Everyone is very professional and the customer service is great. We have seen all 3 doctors and they are very, very good! I am working with Dr. Shipel now to resolve an issue with my eyes due to seasonal allergies, sure enough they are getting better. We will stay with Pearle Vision because they genuinely care about their clients and provide the kind of care and customer service that I want for myself and my family.

These people are amazing. Ive had prompt service, even if I miss appointments. Everyone is friendly. My doctor (Dr. Mary McCartan) has allowed me several follow up appointments without charge. And this kind of service is really important, as I dont have insurance and my eyes require expensive contacts. She genuinely cares about my vision health. I really want to thank everyone at the Orland Park, IL location. Youve got a new customer for life guys :)

Our experiences with Konya and Cathy were excellent. The hard sell from our eye doctors office (also in Orland Park) made us decide to get our glasses from somewhere else.
