I scheduled two appointments for myself and my husband. Our insurance was verified by BCBS and Sears Optical at the time the appointments were scheduled. Two days later, after bundling up my infant and toddlers and dragging them out to the mall, we were told they dont actually take our insurance policy. I will never go back to Sears optical or recommend them to a friend. And I thought Americas Best was bad!

My husband and I had an appointment today,, and I must say I love!!! This place!! The office manager was awesome, we had speedy service,, the ophtamologist was very knowledgeable,,explained everything,, and he was awesome as well,, will look nowhere else for our eye exams :)
