I am considering switching to Verizon, I visited the Hoffman Estates store located at 1407 Palatine Rd and met with Alex. He was very informative and quite helpful, showing how Verizon would support me through the change and the financial side was a lot less than expected. I would recommend this store and Alex to anyone, very professional and highly knowledgeable.
