I have favorites of every chain petstore in San Diego, and this location on W El Norte is by far my favorite Kahoots. In the unending quest to find the perfect dog food for my dog I stumbled across this store. I have had bad experiences with Kahoots stores in the past, so I was so shocked when the staff at this one was attentive and so so friendly. They gave me a walkthrough of all the food they carried and listened to what I had to say about the food my dog was currently eating. They picked out a couple of new foods that they thought might work for my dog. Now, Kahoots makes their own dog food, so that was of course one of the brands they suggested, but it turns out that their food is actually one of the better ones you can get for your dog. This Kahoots also has an amazing return policy, if your dog doesnt like it (or changes their mind about it) then they will give you a refund no questions asked. All in all, I was surprised by the great customer service and by their selection of dog foods. This place is the biggest Kahoots Ive been to! If youre going to go to a Kahoots, make the drive and go to this one.
