I go because theyre a small business and local and I prefer supporting small businesses over Wal-Mart. What I dont like is selling rabbits as pets to people buying on emotion. Too many unwanted rabbits are currently in the shelters of just about every every city of every state. No one but reputable breeders should breed pets. So if "a guy in a truck brings baby bunnies every week" to sell, and you sell them, then you had better be able to tell me about where they came from. Especially when we dont know that it was a safe, clean, and humane environment. Often times these animal factories are none of the above and I dont want to support that. Yes, baby rabbits are adorable but think twice and visit the shelters first, then adopt or buy from a reputable breeder. Pet stores in and of themselves should be selling pet supplies, not lives. Much less important are the hours. 5 pm closing time doesnt allow me to get there after work and mornings are usually just too hectic to make it in before work. Great customer service - Ive never had a bad experience here and they carry everything I need for my furry babies.

Having horses I have bounced around feed stores quite a bit, I live in Wildomar but this is the only feed store around that is open after I get off work, and its on my way home. I love walking in this place cause there is always something new, whether it be new chickies, bunnies, birds, or some other furry little critter. They also carry fish and reptiles now! This is a large feed store with a great selection of animals related stuff, there Kahoots brand dog and cat food rocks too! Also their hay prices are pretty great too! Remember, always tip your hay boys!

I just moved here from Orange County. I called and spoke to Tammy regarding dog bones/dog chews. She was so great and so kind I thought she was awesome. Then I went into the store to buy dog bones and again she was so helpful. I really appreciate her knowledge of dogs. I will go back to buy more.

Great customer service. It is so nice to go into a store and actually be able to talk to a customer service rep. They are so patient and helpful. Been going there for years. Will continue for many years to come :-)

I buy about 250lbs of grain free dog food from Kahoots monthly for my pups and its always in stock! The employees are always helpful while Im in the store and also carry out my purchases and load it in my truck.

Special ordered a duckling from them 3 weeks ago and was told I would get it(or a call) in a week or so and they never called me to tell me the hatchery wont have it for another month. Bad customer service!
