Wow, what a poor experience. For starters, I got out of my truck, took two steps and slipped on some black ice in the parking stall by the doors, fell and banged my knees up pretty bad, twisted my leg real bad, sprained my wrist and had torn my $85 jeans! Next, when I went inside, I mentioned to the cashier that I had some propane tanks I needed filled. He said "shell be right out". I also mentioned to him that they might want to put some ice melt down, but before I could finish my sentence, he rudely interrupted me. He said to me in a rude tone that "she" has been trying to. I mentioned there was only some on the sidewalks, but that I had slipped and fell on some black ice in the stall outside the doors. He expressed no concern for my well being, and just said "were working on it, and someone will be out to fill your tanks soon". I stepped outside and pulled my tanks out and an older gentleman said hed already been waiting for about 20 minutes. I waited there with him for another 15 minutes (in 35 degree weather and wet clothes from the fall) when he decided to go check. He said that he just gave him the impression that he didnt even care, and was just told she was signing off the driver of the delivery truck and should be there soon. We waited another 15 minutes before I decided to go in and check/remind him. He looked at me and said she should have been out there, but she shouldnt be much longer. Again, he expressed no concern, and didnt seem to care that wed been waiting for over 30 minutes, just kept saying she was signing some papers for the delivery. AGAIN, we were left waiting for another 15 minutes before we both decided to go in. The man wasnt at the front, so we walked to the back. There was a lady a fork lift that wed stopped. I told her Id been waiting for 45 minutes and the other gentleman had been waiting for over an hour. She then mentioned that she didnt even know. I asked her if she would come to and fill the tanks for us and she said she had to unload the truck and that was her priority. She rudely said wed still have to wait. I asked who the manager was, and she said she was! I mentioned that it would have been nice to at least been informed of this instead of having us wait in the cold. I told her that had I known it was going to take this long, I could have just ran the rest of my errands and returned later. But instead we just waited inthe the cold. All she could say was just that wed still have to wait because she "has to get this driver out". The gentleman and myself were exiting the store when we mentioned that we spoke with the "lady" and how she told us she wasnt even informed that we were there. The gentleman just told him well just go somewhere else, and the man at the register just said "good! Have a GREAT day" in a very sarcastic tone. He said this in front of about 4-5 other customers as well. All I can say is that this was not appropriate of the management to treat us this way, nor was it even acceptable on how the older gentleman and myself were treated by the front staff.

Tractor Supply in West Haven just got my business for life. Neisha in Farr West saved my day!! In my 55 years, she gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had ordered boots online for my granddaughter, who is moving to Minnesota, and they didnt fit her. With only two days left before their move, I was really in a bad spot. I had no money left after Christmas and didnt have time to return them online. She called several stores, not only all the Tractor Supply stores in the area, but also competitors, trying to find the same or comparable boot in stock, so I could exchange them. Farr West Tractor Supply had one pair of Itasca boots left, and they were the wrong size. Neisha helped me find a way to get boots for my granddaughter in time for the move. There was pair in Woods Cross, and she was even going to see if another employee could bring them from Woods Cross, since he lives nearby. I ended up buying another brand at a competitors store, but that wont prevent me from returning to Tractor Supply for any of my needs in the future. Even online purchases (although I am now leery of doing that.) Neisha deserves all the credit for my future loyalty. Every. Single. Bit. Thank you again for saving my day.

Asked two associates if they had a certain rabbit food. In the end the guy basically tells me that they might not be stocking it anymore cause he does not see a slot for it. As I am on the phone with CalRanch I find 3 bags in one spot and another 3 bags in another spot. So since they dont know their store, and their associates obviously dont care where they put stuff, I was going to have to drive to another store. Then the guy made the comment when he was coming up to check us out, well I thought I was going to go home. Next time I will just go another store.

Like IFA without the high prices!!! I love this place! I buy my dog food from here now, we used to give our dogs blue until we switched to 4health, now we pay $15 less and get 10lbs more and its made a huge difference in my dogs life!!! No more skin allergies, and they love the food!!

Went to find some cowgirl boots for my daughter, found ones she really liked for a decent price. we had looked at other stores, but Tractor Supply had the best prices. The staff was also very friendly.

Great place for tractor hitch parts and hardware. I no longer keep nuts and bolts in coffee cans as it is much easier to just go and get exactly what I need.
