Horrible all the way around!!! I had been going to petsmart for over 2 years (at the queen creek location in Arizona) I was always happy with my service and tipped well. Then on one visit (a scheduled full groom) I had not gotten a call to pick up my dogs After 4 hours had gone by. I went to pick them up, assuming they were done and someone forgot to call me. However, when I got there I was told they were not done and had not even been started yet!!!! Keep in mind they have a policy of max time of 3 hours for completion. I was pretty upset as they will not take the dogs out to go potty and one of my little Yorkies has a bladder issue, which they were well aware. At this point i was told that they had too many "walk in" services and we not able to get to my (Scheduled) dogs. As you can Imagine, I was quite upset and demanded my dogs be released to me immediately . My dogs were finally givin to me but,they wanted to charge me for time spent.( not even sure what that was) I of course refused to pay anything and left the store. I have not used them for over another 2 years after this incident. I have now moved to Montana and needed a "touch up groom" I gave them all my information and was told that I was not "book able". I explained to the manager/supervisor as to what had happened in Arizona and it wasnt at all my fault but, they blacklisted me and will never groom my pets again !!! This is terrible business practice and a good example of big companies not caring about their customers. My advice find a good local groomer who values their clients and they animals they groom. I will NEVER go back to Petsmart again for anything !

Everytime I come here. I really dont care if someone tells me welcome are not.Or even ask if I need help! But if I ask for help I really dont like getting attitude. I had a in store pick up and needed to get a few other things that were not on the in store pick up order. So I went and got them and came to the front to check out and get my in store pick up. When I asked they said that they didnt have anything for me. Asked if I had a email I said I would have to txt my mother.! Also said that they didnt have the food I needed and thats why they couldnt find the Order. When both people who were "helping" me were like "oh well is your name on it cause if its not we cant even give it to you." I told them I dont know I didnt make the order Im just picking it up like the 100 of times Ive done before. When both said oh well that wasnt here we wouldnt have given it to you (really your going to tell me I dont know where Im driving to get my dog food okay then) when I looked behind me to my friend who has come with me a before to pick up food. One of the employee made a face at the back of my head again really are you five.! I looked back at them I said I have only ever gone to this Petsmart to pick up my dog food. The one that was acting like a manager said oh well it wasnt this store we could lose our jobs (over dog food). That this point I was done getting talked down to so I went and got the the food that they said they didnt have. Bought it and left. Looks like I will be getting my dog food from amazon from now on.

I am so outraged about what happened today at Petsmart that I am urging all my friends to reconsider where they go for their pets needs. Bailey spent the night there on 2/18/17 and when I picked her up I was encouraged to have her come back in for doggie day camp so she might feel less nervous next time I boarded her. Well today I thought it would be fun for her to spend the day playing with her kind since we have many activities planned. When I got there I was told that she could not attend as she looked like she was a pit bull and they dont allow them. I talked to the manager stating she is a mix of probably many breeds, has never shown aggression, been around many dogs, completed puppy class, and that I had been encouraged by his employee to bring her in. He agreed to allow her in. I picked her up a couple hours later and here was part of her report. "Sweet dog, enjoyed seeing her. " Then I was told she would not be allowed back "cause my grandma has a pit bull and she looks just like it." For the record every vet report, dog license, rabies certificate states boxer/lab mix. I can understand being wary of pit bulls but what about judging based on temperament and not breed? I have met agressive dogs of all breeds. Not one more dime will I spend at that company. Please consider whether this is a company whos actions you support.

The grooming department is full of rude, inexperienced staff. I show up for my appointment and am asked "Do you have an appointment" I relied "Yes, for 11" then they say nothing else to me, while my wife and I are just standing there for 4 or 5min. We go to pick up my dog and get the same thing. A girl wearing black lipstick is sitting at the computer, I walk up to her and didnt even get eye contact or acknowledgement. Again just standing there. Thats not all! I get home and notice my dogs snout is sticky. I start scrubbing it and Im getting soap suds. They didnt even rinse him off properly. In one of the pictures you can see the suds forming on his nose and they sliced open his bottom lip. Do yourself a favor, get a mobile groomer. They appreciate your business, and are clearly more experienced. Never having him groomed at this place again.

I just could not hold my tongue anymore about this place! We are suppose to trust the employees with our pets but the last 2 times ive been in to grab a few things Ive noticed employees in the grooming area leaving pets UNATTENDED on the grooming tables! Dogs arent like cats and land on their feet if they fall! Also, Idk if he is a manager or just a person training another employee, he is asian, but belittling your employee in front of customers because there was a small issue with a coupon. The poor girl just asked for help, be more professional, better yet, hire people who actuallu give a damn about taking care of other peoples pets when left in their care for a SHORT period of time!

The employees here are not concerned about the customers or the animals. Whenever I ask for help I always get someone who says "let me go check" and never comes back. One time when I came in with my new puppy the cashier Linda presented me with many facts about puppies as if she thought I couldnt handle it and was trying to talk me out of it. All basic things that I already knew and then she leaned over my puppy who was sleeping in the cart and said in a very concerned voice "dont worry you will be okay, everything will be ok, Im so sorry" I have had many pets before and so has my family. I have never felt so disrespected.
