We took our cat in for grooming. They assured us they were experienced with cats. We specifically said we just wanted him trimmed and did not want him shaved, did not want him poodled, and did not want him to look like a lion. But that is exactly what they did. To make matters worse, they didnt even know how to put him in his carrier. They tried to put him in face first, so of course he was fighting it. It wasnt until I told her to turn him around "butt first" that she was able to put him in the carrier. I would have thought someone who is supposed to be experienced with cats would have known such a basic thing. We will never return and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

great prices on high quality foods. i talked with a very knowledgeable person that worked there for over half an hour. we went over ever detail imaginable. i feel bad knowing now what i do about regular dog food and that i have been feeding it for years. my dogs are much healthier now, after switching to one of their foods. im even spending less on dog food since i feed half as much! amazing store, will do business in the future, and have told my friends about it.
