The sales clerks were especially friendly and helpful and one went above and beyond to assist me in finding large cardboard boxes to make a puppet theatre. I asked Linda M. on Thursday if Michaels had any large boxes that were being recycled. At first, she didnt think so, but then she told me if I would come back in the morning there would probably be two that would work. They are perfect and she also helped me fold them for loading into my car. I also enjoyed the sales items that I found too. I will be back. Thank you, sincerely, Ginny

They almost never have what Im looking for, at times I find the perfumes off gassing from the artificial flowers oppressive, I find the gauntlet of impulse items ahead of the registers obnoxious and lastly the prices are not competitive with other large retailers of this sort.

If you like crafts and scrapbooking this is the place to go. People were friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothers me is the checkout area as there is only two registers and this place is always busy. So dont expect a quick in and out

Experience fine but would suggest ready made candle rings come back...all sizes. Especially since Christmas is around the corner. Not everyone knows how to make them and candles never go out for Decor! Please☺. Thanks

Loooong lines whenever I go. Would be nice to have some help looking for products. There are many crafty items here though. Coupons easily found online, so if I forget to bring one, I just use my phone.
