The aisles are are narrow and cramped, and the service can be slow, but only because the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and 75% of people in line answer the question "how many yards of this fabric should I cut for you?" with something like, "Weeeeeell, I dont knoooooooow, see, Im using this pattern that I didnt bring in to show you, and its kind of like thiiiiiiiis, but Im changing it so its going to be more like thiiiiiiis, soooooooo..." And the staff patiently helps them figure it out. No matter what. SAINTS, the lot of them!!!

I was very pleased with the service today. In fact, the associate I initially got asked me if I wanted to talk to someone who knew more about the Cricut I was inquiring about. The next associate does a lot with it and I was very happy that she could answer a lot of my questions. The only downfall was the checkout, Im not a fan of the one line for 6 registers.

An awesome selection of crafts and fabrics. I was amazed by how much they had of everything. There were rows and rows of each section and it was very clean and well laid out. My only disappointment was a small leather working section, but it isnt their focus anyways. Excellent experience for a first timer to the store.

Honestly this place deserves no stars. The service is crap. It took 40 minutes of waiting to have 8 yards of fabric cut, and when I finally got it cut, they had charged me extra for extra fabric. The staff is incredibly slow and take their precious time. Go to Hancock Fabric across the street.

very helpful, they knew where everything was and if they didnt have it, they knew which stores did. i was there to buy some fabric and they were kind enough to tell me that they had a cheaper, but just as durable version of the fabric on sale, and they saved me about 20 bucks.

The staff has been short and rude every time Ive been there. They act like asking for help is such an inconvenience for them. Its also very unprofessional for employees to be chatting about their weekend while serving customers.

The only place in town that I buy fabric and notions from (since Hancock closed, and besides Walmarts meager selection). Its a little expensive, but you can usually find a coupon for something.

I am a yarn shopper and my Jo-Anns has a pretty good selection. The salespeople are so helpful and friendly!! It is my favorite craft store in town!
