Horrific customer service last night. I waited in line behind a lady that was being helped. When the male associate finished with her, he walked to the back and came out to talk to his coworker. Remember, Im still standing at the counter looking at them. The two associates in the photo frame department acted as though I was invisible. They didnt greet me, ask if I needed help, nothing besides talk to one another as I waited less than 5 feet away. When I was finally disgusted and went to break up their chatting session, they acted as though it was a problem to help me. I had to come back to the counter twice because they wouldnt show me the item I needed to hang the frames, just kept pointing me in the general direction. After about 15 minutes, the female associate finally showed me what I needed and how to hang it, meanwhile the male kept his nasty attitude. I appreciated the sale on frames (Im a college student so I felt the deal was worth purchasing), however I will never shop at this location again! My entire visit could have been less than 15 minutes, but 15 minutes were spent on finding hooks alone.

I have spent WAY too much money here because theres just so much to choose from! I love it!! The employees are half and half as far as helpful and, "Youre in my way. Im stocking.", but theyve gotten better over the years. MOST of their things go on sale every other week so if youre patient you get great deals. Its a crafters dream. I feel like a kid in a candy store every single time I go, without exception. If I won $100,000,000, $1,000,000 would go to them in the first year, easily!

My favorite store. Wouldve given 5 stars but they need to work on cuatomer service. I worked in retail for 10 years... so I know good customer service. Im jardly ever greeted, hardly asked if I need help, and its hard to find someone to assist. Lines are long because they type number in. Please consider bar codes and scanners

Good selection but not very friendly employees. Some of them are friendly but an employee was on the aisle I needed something from and I looked and looked for it but she never asked me if she could help. She didnt greet me in any way at all. She wouldnt even move the cart she had so I could get to the item I wanted.

The products are great and the sales are unbeatable. Paying for your items all but ruins the experience. The lines are typically long and very slow. They operate under staffed and it shows badly at their checkout. Shame on them for not stepping up on this deficiency for years.

Its Hobby Lobby, with all the craziness that entails. There are only a few competing art stores in the area (seek them out if you are an artist), but for basic decorating and crafting, their selection is the largest.
