Recently this hobby lobby has gotten ridiculous. They obviously need to check for shoplifters or adults/children opening things. Recently i bought my son a sea monkey-esque toy. He was so excited until we got it home and realized that everything was there EXCEPT the sea monkeys! Then last week I went and bought several items. I buy them and use them when i need them. I have my own online store. Well today i opened up 2 of my bottles of Pearl-ex powder, and one of them was already opened, and was missing 3/4s of its contents! I also bought a sheet of stickers, 18 stickers for 1.50, except there wernt 18 stickers, there were only 9, because it also was missing a sheet. Irritated, i havent had this experience until recently. This place is a nightmare to get to in traffic, so I definitely dont want to have to drive all the way up there to return these things, not over a total of $15! Get it together hobby lobby. Invest in some sort of surveillance system, or people will start paying the extra money to go to Michaels next door.

Honestly Id call Hobby Lobby more of a knick knack store than a hobby store. They have more home decorations then they do actual hobby stuff. Thats a good thing though...since they CLOSE ON SUNDAYS. Look, thats fine if you want to have your religious beliefs...but thats like me opening a bar and saying "I dont believe in working friday and saturday nights". I mean, cmon, what is THE day of the week for hobbies...thatd be SUNDAY! So glad to see that Michaels opened up right next door to be there for all the folks who come by Hobby Lobby on a sunday and see that its closed.

Need to have people on the floor that can assist, they use fake camera announcements, and dont send a person to assist. The managers dont know where things are, I searched an hour and then they were closing and they did their announcement, and to be told the outlet covers were where I searched the most. I love the store, but I will shop online from here on out.

I dont like the management here. I had bought a picture frame from Hobby Lobby in Lafayette Louisiana. I couldnt put my picture inside the frame. Whole frame cant get it work right. So I have to bring this big picture frame to return. But the manager only can give me half of the refund. This is ridiculous. Waste my time and money. Hate this store.

My daughter and I really love this store. However lately when we go there we are watched like crazy. My daughter is homeschooled so we go there to find activities for her to do. And its very offensive to be watched In that manner... I think we will give another arts and craft store a try. Their customer service sucks.....

While Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places to shop, dont try to call them on the phone for anything. I was on hold for over 21 minutes and transferred to multiple people before I finally hung up. Their customer service is seriously lacking.

My husband and I are renovating an old airstream and were looking for very specific items and sure enough, Hobby Lobby had them. Plus some of it was on sale 50% off and we had a coupon for 40% off. Cant beat that, gotta love Hobby Lobby!!

They did a wonderful job stretching a canvas for me and the most reasonable price in Lafayette. Finally getting a better bead collection as far as natural stones. Lines are always really long, wish they were better staffed.
