Purchase 3 being ribbon 5.99 piece looked in my bag return today manager on phone told me if I return even though cashier did not give me a receipt Idhave pay a fee. Guess its me as customer that is wrong when cashier did not give me a receipt . I will no longer shop here Ill go else where normally with out a receipt good stores not this one would give a gift cards. But I guess this company does different.thanks for nothing. I went in today. Told cashier i need help waited 20 no one came tiffany manager is horrible rude n no customer service skills. She was rude to elderly couple also. Then told them i need correct lid now i have wrong lid. I had climb ladder my self . after i get my correct lid tomorrow ill no longer shop there ill go to hobby lobby.

Had a price quote done for having a canvas stretched which was $50 more than having it done at a professional gallery or framing shop. Ended up having it done for half the price Michaels quoted at hobby lobby. They used to have the best jewelry making selection as far as crystals and natural stones. Those have now been replaced with dyed stones and crystals, most of which are not labeled so you dont know what they are, or if they are just dyed and not what they appear to be.

Great place for all of your hobby needs. They (very smartly) moved right next door to Hobby Lobby which closes on Sunday (yeah, the day everyone does hobbies), and Im sure its boosted their business quite a bit. They dont have all of the knick knack junk that Hobby Lobby does, but they have a great selection of ACTUAL HOBBY SUPPLIES.
