Sizing is terrible, prices are okay for a preteen, but the crappy quality makes me avoid the store altogether. The customer service is a joke, nobody knows anything nor is willing to help unless its to ring you up. Its like Good luck finding something, cause the next size or color could be anywhere. I get anxiety walking into the absolute mess and disorganization! Needless to say I dont shop there anymore!

My favorite Forever21 location! Its a little smaller than other (but doesnt lack on product) and seems cleaner and way more organized that other Forever21s in Seattle. Staff is actually friendly at this location, I actually get greeted and asked how Im doing and given a bag for my items.

Though a great place to find everything, I did find a sence of complacency when the holes left in pajama sets and other items were poo pooed, and management made no attempt to show that this is something that needed to be addressed. A waist of clothing and a disservice to the customer.

I hate walking into the store wanting to buy something cute and having to leave quick due to the extremely loud music that is always on.... I know they are trying to be hip and to attract young girls, but is it necessary to make them deaf and take their money at the same time???

I love forever 21! Its literally my favorite store. Theyre always on top of there fashion but, theyre so messy. Nothing is ever together. Clothes are scattered ask around the store which makes it hard to find things inn your size. Other than that, loves loves loves

their sizing is horid. the store is huge and disorganized. is it forever 21 or forever 14? customer service isnt good, everyone seems to be there to pay rent and not because they actually like the clothes or enjoy the work environment.

Horrible customer service!! And they wouldnt sell me something off the mannequin! What is the point of having something on the mannequin if the customers cant buy it if they want!!

The wife loves this Forever 21 but it doesnt have as large of selection as other locations (such as the one downtown Seattle)

What you expect from f21. There clothes are cheap but made to fall apart.
