Michael Kors makes and sells items (handbags, shoes, clothing, jewelry, etc) it terms "aspirational luxury" - excellent and desirable products that are NOT mass market due to their high (but not extortionate) prices. You will find many comments about how Michael Kors designs have jumped the shark, and often I find items to be... incredible. But I am always able to find something gorgeous - classic lines, unusual colors - for my wife. But THIS store also has the intangible factor, its manager, Adrienne Heuser. Adrienne somehow has been able to find and hire, and train, the best of the best. You do not enter this store to an inane, "Can I help you?" that you hear at every other store. This stores employees guide you with exclamations of delight re the new seasons items, and how they might accessorize your prior purchases. "And have you seen this item?" Yes, they remember you, which makes you want to buy something, return, and then buy something again. Not sure how Adrienne does it, but she does. For that matter, not sure how long Michael Kors corporate will keep Adrienne in this store when she obviously has a bright future at the executive level. In other words, if you are in the market for a Michael Kors this or that, it is worth the drive to shop at this store.

Most annoying store personnel, will not let you browse without talking to you and trying to get personal information out of you, the entire time you are in the store. Returned a bag that I had gotten for a gift which wasnt my style, I intended to exchange it for something I liked better but the 2 sales associates made me feel so embarrassed for returning a bag, they kept saying over and over, "I cant believe you are returning this bag, its such a nice bag", they made such a scene that the other customers in the store where starring watching their behavior. I ended up asking for a credit and went to the Bellevue store where the sales associates were very professional, allowed me to browse, and were very helpful with my purchase. I will NEVER walk into the Lynnwood Michael Kors store again.

I even dont want to give them one star.I called them ask for one bag they said no one available in store but they can order for me online. I asked if they could check it online and they said no.then I drove here for half an hour.They talked with the new customers and let me wait for almost 1 hour.When the store had only 3 minutes to close they told me that the bags were all sold out online.They also lied to me this bag already sold out at Black Friday .But I just saw it the day before yesterday.I still cant believe what they did to me. I will NEVER EVER come here again and I abhor all forms of racial discrimination !
