I went into the store looking for certain items and wasnt able to find them because theyre ALWAYS moving stuff. Its really irritating and confusing. Everytime I go in there, I have to wander around the store for an hour just to find the 1 item I came in for because its not in the same place it was a month ago. I asked an employee where the items I was looking for would be and even he didnt seem to have a clue where things were. He said that if they werent in the area I was in then they didnt have anything like that. I walked into the next area to find MANY of the items I just asked him about. One of the items I wanted was on a manikin so I asked him if there was more of these in the store. He said hed check and if they didnt I could have it. He came back and told me that there were 2 in the store but when they are low on inventory they put a green star next to the item and then hide it somewhere in the store until the next shipment comes in. What the hell? ... Then, he said I could order it online. It wasnt online and I told him that. Then he tried to tell me it would be on there in 72 hours. I didnt want to pay shipping to begin with which is why I was in the store. Then he left without helping me get it off the manikin. I had to hunt down someone else to help me because he was stocking clothing or something. The new guy I found said hed find someone to help me and then started ringing people up without doing so. Eventually after an hour of being there, I ended up taking it off myself because I was highly annoyed. In my opinion it seems they just come up with excuses so they dont have to help you. Many of the employees I have dealt with in the past seem to have no idea where anything is at all and I find myself having to find multiple employees before I can get someone who knows. There a few employees who have even been really rude and snobby when Im finally ready to check out. In the end, I almost have to force myself to be a return shopper. I like some of their merchandise, but the ordeal I have to go through to get it is nothing short of a nightmare.

False advertising!!! False advertising!!!! We saw a shirt on their manikin front window display, we ask one of the employees where can we find that shirt and she said they dont have it in the store! A few minutes later we saw another manikin inside the store and we looked at the tag and that was the size we needed , we asked a different employee if we can buy that ( every store I had been they are always willing to sell the manikin clothes,) well the rude girl goes " whats up? """ really?( At least say hi how can I help you) well after her whats up she said.....no we cant sell you that and you will have to come back next Monday to check and see if we have it in our shipment !!! ,,,,, really!!!????? If Im looking to buy something is to wear it tonight not next Monday ! So stupid !!! Ugh

I went for an interview here. The lady that was interviewing me was non professional at all and very snobby. She asked me a question sometime during the interview and I repeated it back to her because I didnt think I heard her correctly. She looked at me and said, "Uhh...that is what I said, isnt it?" I was like are you kidding me? So rude. I wouldnt have worked for their company even if they wanted me to after that. Also, everytime I go in there I instantly get anxiety because their music is blarring in my ear. I like to concentrate and enjoy my time and like to find shopping as a way of relaxing but thats kind of hard to do when I cant hear anything or concentrate because the music is so loud. The store just isnt comfortable. I now refrain from going in there.

I love this store! The prices are great and they have so many cute things. :) And the employees are very helpful and friendly. Unlike many clothing stores with good prices, the quality of their clothes is, well, "very good." I bought a nice dress from here a year ago for $20, and I still wear it all the time (and I get so many compliments!)
