I could not believe the dedication that this store has to there customers. Especially sitting on the phone for 3.5 hours to resolve my problems. I set my phones up originally with the Silverdale store and have never gone back since. The people at the Poulsbo store are amazing and are so committed to making sure we are satisfied and always take the time to get to know you on a personal level. They have even gone as far as feeding my hungry child. Cant give enough praise to the Poulsbo store.

I have struggled with sprint ever since my boyfriend and I decided to get one a sprint plan. The women in the Silverdale store is awful. worse customer service in my life. But Poulsbo they are absolutely amazing there. They are extremely nice and helpful. They can actually answer my questions and fix the issues I am having. They have been such a big help.

Sprint Poulsbo has Very positive and helpful employees. They will do everything in their power to make sure you leave happy. Jason in particular was very helpful. The only gripe is the fact that the stripmall is blocked by a large row of trees on the road, so its very easy to miss.

The best customer service Ive seen in a long time. Jes, Shelby, and David were amazingly helpful and friendly. They painlessly helped my husband and I set up a phone plan and told us about a ton of great promotions. I recommend 110% and will definitely return.
