Known of his work for over 15 years. Honesty is his good and bad point. Most people want to come into a shop and pray for a quick fix, most of the time computer problems are not easy. Hes never ripped me off and I would pay Best Buy to do the work but they dont have the knowledge that the owner has. His labor rates are more than fair, the 2nd best cost of labor (next to the fly by night guy on craigslist). I have had 3 dells and an Emachine fixed by him. All my computers still work and look forward to him to fix my blue screen on my lastest dell computer.

This is a great locally owned computer shop. They have great prices but most importantly excellent customer service. Even when I know how to do the job myself I go to these guys b/c i know it will be done correctly and I love supporting their business. The owners really take care of you and I recommend this shop for anything from computer repair to ordering things for your computer that you need. They are always happy to help and will answer your questions if you have any trouble.

I had to replace a crashed desktop with a laptop. Tim was able to transfer my data, then show me how to recover most of my Outlook folders via a disc he created of the PST files from the old hard drive. And he explained it in terms I could understand! He was great and so patient with me!! I will recommend him to family and friends.
