Words can not even begin to describe what an awful experience I had. They installed a 2 channel and a 4 channel amp along with a capacitor and a flip down dvd player in my brand new chevy silverado LTZ. They charged me over a hundred dollars for three cheap RCAs and two converters, which you can get online for under thirty bucks (which you would not want to put something that cheap on a nice sound system). They cut way too much installation out of the back of the cab. They cut a hole in the plastic cap on my battery. The way they hooked it up caused a horrible noise to come out of all of the door speakers. The sub didnt work. They told me my 2 channel amp was broken, which it wasnt it was hooked up incorrectly. The capacitor wasnt even mounted properly it was about to fall out of its bracket. On the dvd player they hooked up the dome light incorrectly, causing all of the other dome lights in my truck to not work. When I came to them with this they told me they hooked the 4 channel amp up right and wouldnt apologize or own up to all of the other stuff. They would only give me the money back for returning the RCAs and convertors. I took my truck to extreme audio in Bremerton, and they fixed everything. They an outstanding job. It sounds great now. I wouldnt recommend poulsbo Autoglass clinic to anyone!! RJ is the owner and hes the one that sits behind the desk when you go in. He is not very knowledgeable when it comes to audio. Honestly I dont know how you can do business like that and feel good about yourself.

I just got a small chip in my windshield this afternoon and wanted it repaired as soon as possible before it got worse. I checked reviews on-line for 3 companies before calling The Autoglass Clinic. They said I didnt need an appt. before 4pm and they took "walk-ins." I drove down and was greeted promptly and warmly. They told me it would take about 1/2 hour and they were accurate. I thought my insurance would cover it but because its an much older Toyota pick-up, my insurance company probably didnt think the extra insurance would be worth it. And because i thought insurance would cover it, i didnt ask how much it would cost. I was relieved to know that it cost less than half of what i expected. Great work. Great service. Very trustworthy.

We have used Autoglass Clinic/Mobile Radio for our personal vehicles, and all our company service vehicles for several years. We have found that they offer the best in customer service in Kitsap County in their field. When we have insurance related issues, they deal with all the paperwork, phone calls, and make it as easy as possible for us. They always are so accomodating with transportation, trying to make it the least amount of hassle to part with your vehicle. They are a family owned business, and their staff is always professional and friendly, especially RJ at the front counter.
