I would totally boycott them if I could! The reason I havent is because they sell stamps and its convenient sometimes for me. We used to order all of are office supplies and have them delivered but the people they send to deliver the goods were not in uniforms or marked cars with pants sagging, totally unprofessional and one of the people acted like they were drunk it made me feel unsafe. I switched to Quill and I am much happier! Also, there in store return policy is awful! I have a rewards card with them and they can track my purchases. They sold me a $180 cracked ink cartridge I purchased two for the year. When I Opened the box for and took of the packing the toner cartridge was completely cracked and the manager was so rude she would not return it so only stamps for me once per month otherwise its Quill or Staples!

I run a large housekeeping company and I have spent thousands of dollars at this store on toner and supplies and furniture for my office. I purchased two $170 toner cartridges for are printer. I have a rewards club membership. When we opened the second box of toner a few months later it was completely cracked and defective so I brought it back with all of the original packaging. The manager was super rude and basically would not help me in anyway I was screwed out of my $ and she was super rude to me and could care less! I have boycotted this company and I will never by anything from another Office Depot! Quill or staples for me because they actually care about me as a customer.

Had a really serious problem with a printer I bought just a few weeks ago, and I called them first. They tried some solutions over the phone, but the guy said just bring it in and we will replace it. I was really surprised that they were so helpful at a big chain store. They had a new printer waiting for me, when I got there, were able to do the exchange in under ten minutes, and I was on my way. Printer works great now, and I was really happy they were so willing to help, and fix the problem.

Traveling through on business and needed to make a bunch of color copies for a meeting with a client. Wanted to print from USB drive. Machines not capable....and extra charge for employee to print from USB. Off to Fedex where the machines are USB capable and no extra charge.

I love this location. It is always so clean and the staff is so friendly, especially in the printing department. Martha is the manager and she is the best, super knowledgeable and friendly. They always have what I need.

Save yourself the headache. Buy elsewhere. Gave several opportunities for good customer service and even online which is a total expensive disaster.
