BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY . I paid in full for a bed for a friend who was going to buy it and the cost at the end was almost 2k. *** IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 STARS.*** Paid Friday for a bed, to be delivered Monday. Monday the bed arrived broken!! It was requested another bed, RENT A CENTER IS A FRAUD. They do not respond to calls or request. The calls to the store went unanswered and even though I called corporate they could not do anything because it has to be 48 hours to deal with an issue. It has been A WEEK AND NO BED. NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO TAKEN BY THE UTTER DISREGARD THEY HAVE FOR THE CONSUMER. They feel above the LAW and DO NOT respond to the consumer. BEWARE! DO NOT use this company, you are better off using Walmart,

I have been waiting since 4pm for my delivery. I was told I would receive it between 4pm-6pm. I called at 615 to get an update and was told they are behind but they are on the way. It is now 9:22pm and still nothing. I am very upset that I have taken off work to sit here for 5 hours waiting on a delivery from a store that is only 15mins away.
