Cashier was only one, new or not very bright (sorry) and very slow. I ordered a multigrain bagel & avocado spread and I got a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, even though the bag label said multigrain bagel, warmed. There were 7 employees present and too much attention to drive through. I just took the sandwich since the wait had already been twice normal. The employees were all very young and looked very frustrated. Worst Starbucks experience ever but thats what I get for going to a drive through one at 830 AM. (I guess). UPDATE. Much better last few visits.

This Starbucks has plenty of parking and it has a large inside. It has one of the elongated bar seating arrangements, so it is not as cozy inside as some of the Starbucks that have the tables and chairs. The setup is a little weird, as you walk in you have to decide if youre going to go to the right or the left but either way you have to walk towards the back which is where they take your order. If you choose the left side and your walking into the other people who are in front of you for ordering purposes.

Starbucks is played out and honestly not a great choice for coffee. If you order a hot drink, it is usually burnt and if you choose an iced coffee its watered down. I dont go to Starbucks any longer because I love good coffee.. so I go to smaller, local shops where the baristas actually take pride in what they do... which results in amazing drinks that also happen to be less expensive! Dont settle for Starbucks.

Terrible service. I rarely rate coffee at SBUX anymore because they have made that part relatively consistent. Stood at the register of a slow moment without being acknowledged. Finally was and the cashier was not terribly friendly. My rule of thumb: if you are going to provide mediocre products, at least have good service. They had neither, so there is no reason to come back.

Poor customer service, we were waiting at the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us although the store was full of employees walking around. When a woman did make eye contact with us, she asked, "what do you guys want." Not impressed Starbucks Reserve, if I wanted attitude I could have asked my girlfriend for coffee instead.

Its a Starbucks.... Knowing there isnt a lot of space where they built this place, they should have tried to figure out a way to make the parking lot bigger. Its almost always full.

There is no escaping the drive thru.. Once you get into the line.. you then can actually see that there are 5 cars in front of you... no way to escape!
