Are you serious? We just sat in line waiting to pull up and get our coffee and go. The lady ahead of us and an employee just happened to be "best friends". Okay, a little chit chat. But then she pulled up to get her coffee and the conversation went on with the girl in the window for several minutes more. We were all just sitting there in line so they could have their conversation. I told my husband tgat thete had better be more coffee coming out of tgat window. Nope. She just handed back the punch card she had been holding in her hand, the entire time blissfully unaware of the world around them. To make matters worse, the order takes was chatting away unnecessarily with all female drivers adding time to everyones stay while we were all trapped in the very small circular drive through.

Dont get me wrong, this location usually has great service. This morning we had terrible service. The female behind the counter didnt acknowledge us as we waited and another walked up and saw us and didnt acknowledge us except a smile. At 5:30am after a 10 minute wait, they open the window and said they didnt open til 5:30am and finally helped us(even as google says 5am opening). I think if they would have said it will be just a minute or we dont open til 5:30 and if you wait a few minutes I can help you, but None of that. Maybe an updated time on Google as well.

So unfortunately located for a store that gets as much business as it does. There are often lines backed out to the street with people waiting in the left turn lane and people blocking traffic in the right most lane to turn in. This Dutch Bros consistently delivers on high energy coffee drinks served by high energy and fun people. The staff is engaging and seem to have a great time working with each other, and often recognize and identify with regulars.

This location is hit or miss, as I imagine most of these places are. Im not from the area so whenever Im around Portland I look for Dutch Bros everywhere. This one has long lines and when that happens they dump drinks out that arent as good as Im hoping to get. But its close to my wifes extended family so we head here whenever were in town.

Drinks are better than Starbucks, staff is really friendly but the entrance and exit keep from giving it more stars. Honestly it can be a pain to get in and at times your car is almost still in traffic while waiting and is a right turn only into Hall so for me is not convenient. Drinks tho are 5 stars

The location is iffy, the staff has gotten better over recent months, the wait can be dangerous when people think its a good idea to park on Hall Rd and wait to gain entry to the drive through and cut off people that are waiting to turn in from the middle divider. Wish there was better parking options.

I went to Starbucks since I was in Jr. High but now Im 22 and just started going to Dutch Bros. and they are amazing! Seriously they starting to know my order and can get it started the second my car pulls up (even if the line is out of control with other people). Love them even more then Starbucks!!!

I love this Dutch Bros! I have been to many this year in my travels and the staff there are so personal ! We were on our way home from getting my sons braces on and we stopped to get him a cold drink and all the Batistas signed his cup wishing his pain away! It was super sweet!!! Thanks

Very friendly staff and owners! Drinks are always excellent. They are a training store, so sometimes you can expect a wait. The short driveway and being off of Hall Blvd. can cause some back up so that can be a problem. If youre willing to wait, then you wont be disappointed.

I got a hazelnut hot chocolate on my birthday, (Dutch Bros. gives free drinks for birthdays). It was the best hot chocolate Ive ever had, and the people who served me were very nice and friendly. I just wish the location was a little closer to the Washington Square Mall.

I always tell people that Dutch Brothers doesnt have the best coffee, but they have the best coffee drinks. Its not on my list if I want a simple cappuccino, but when I want a big iced cup of delicious yum its the place to go. Friendly staff and consistent quality.

Im so glad these are making their way to Portland! I love Dutch bros, with their inexpensive but delicious coffee and their staff who are always cheerful and helpful. Mostly drive thru only, sometimes the line looks long but service is quick and accurate!

The service was fine. The line isnt so great because of the waiting on Hall before turning in, and the oncoming traffic that wants to turn in and join the line doesnt seem the safest. Other than that you just deal with it if you want their goodies.

The drinks here are always perfect and I havent come across a single barista who isnt super friendly. Only complaint about this place is they are too popular for the space they have so there are always lines of cars leading out onto Hall.

This is our favorite place to go for treats. The kids drinks come in cute almost spill proof cups, are the perfect temperature and reasonably priced. The have delicious hot cocoa which is our favorite drink on cold days.

Do NOT order a hot chocolate or a drink in a kids size cup, the hot chocolate is chunky and in the kids size cup they only fill it up halfway so my kids finished before even getting out of the drive thru

In my opinion a good store other than the popularity. When it is busy, which is most of the time the wait really sucks. Little known secret... There is s parking spot to the left of the drive through.

Out of the times I have visited this location it has always been great. The drinks are a bit sweet but the staff is very friedly. You also can get a little punch card To get some free coffee.

Dutch Bros always has specials on drinks and its a nice surprise when you go to pay and the total is less than you expected. Very friendly staff, and their ice drinks method is the best!

Literally the most amazing customer service. Theres a different Dutch Bros thats closer to where I live but I choose to go to the one on Hall completely based on their workers there.
