Well, I wish I could give zero stars. I stood at the counter waiting to buy donuts for 15 minutes before I got tired and left. There were 4 employees visible. All of them looked at me, none of them said anything to me. The only one who actually appeared busy was the girl working the drive through. The other three appeared to be standing around. Then the girl working the drive through came running over and took the only fritters they had, which were the reason I stopped, and sold them to the drive through. This is when I finally left. What a crappy end to an already bad day. Thanks Krispy Kreme.

Being from NC, I grew up with Krispy Kreme doughnuts and I have nothing but fond memories as a child. Im in Washington for the summer and was happy to find a local KK not far me in Vancouver, WA. All of the staff at this location are friendly, professional, and show pride in their work. Now 55, Im happy to see the similarities in the employees that I remember from my childhood. well they had nothing to choose from and it was our first time ever going plus my Neice is 7 and was super stoked and then super let down. overrated in my opinion, at one time may have been something to write about, but like most, once the name has made its way to the top. money and greed then rule. so product and customer happiness go out the window. kind a like our nation right now, everyone has replaced God for money. Changing my review from a 5 to a 1. We come here at least once a month. They were making fresh donuts when we arrived so we waited 30 minutes. A woman in front of us got a variety dozen and we watched them box the fresh donuts for her then when we asked they said they were for a fundraiser and said they had no original glaze. We left after our kids watched them make them. She was incredibly rude about it as well. We wont be back.

They only had raised doughnuts;; I like buttermilk. The customer service was not considerate. Milk for coffee was missing, stacked wet frosted doughnuts on top of each other so when you picked up the doughnuts the bottom of one had frosting and the top of the other has very little frosting. It had been a year or more since we were there and now it maybe a lot longer since we will go again.

Not sure what all the hype is about krispy Kreme donuts. The store is clean and people are nice. Its great for those early mornings on the way to work. The drive through makes it easy access. As far as the doughnuts, Average and only good if they are fresh and warm.

This Krispy Kreme location is really good. I havent been inside, but have used the drive thru a few times, and the service is always fast. Ive gotten the wrong doughnuts a few times, but the staff will quickly fix that, so all in all, a good place to go for a treat.

Clean shop with a courteous staff. Parking is a big strange in that you cant drive directly into the lot. There is a drive through, but Ive never used it. While there have definitely been people inside each time Ive visited, it has never been crowded or noisy.

Really good doughnuts, beats Voodoo anytime, not necessarily interesting doughnuts but tasty classics. Pretty good variety aswell, I also found the process for glazing ordinary doughnuts really cool and liked how they made an "exhibit" out of it

Late night shift is extremely slow. I went in to get one doughnut and there was one person in front of me for some reason it took 2 or 3 people 10 minutes to serve this one person and didnt even acknowledge me I was so frustrated I just left

Heaven on earth. Incredibly pleasing pleasures for the taste buds. Great place for date night. Great music, great atmosphere, beautiful sunset. Life is great here. Note: Must eat donuts in moderation, or eat at your own risk.

First time I visited was the weekend of the 4th of July when my normal bakery was closed, I now will drive the ten miles to get their pastries. Always cooked the same and super fresh. Friendly fast employees.

Ill just say that if you come the last hour open you will have a smaller variety, but Krispy Kreme has half off for every dozen and it is a killer deal! My advice is get there early to get a wider variety.

The kids have fun watching the doughnuts made. The doughnuts run very middle of the road. The appeal when they were new drew the crowds but there are a lot of other options around the metro area now.

Cream filled donuts and seasonal flavors are great here. The accessibility of this location is pretty lousy, having to drive through the Home Depot parking lot just to get here.

They close @ 10pm...not 11pm. Just went there, and found out the hard way. Employees were leaving and confirmed 10pm. Oh well... theres always tomorrow. =)

Cake is under done ever time and now the offers have finished on coffee and a doughnut its becoming hard to recommend this place.

The donuts here are certainly fresh but everything is coated in a thick layer of super sweet glaze which ruins the pastry for me.

Clean and friendly. This is a newer store and its what you would expect. There is never a line and the doughnuts are good.
