I just bought a 2011 BMW M3 coupe from Landmark Motors in Bellevue WA; The entire process was great!!! Im a picky car buyer and have flown out to buy and drive cars back from LA, San Diego, Chicago, and Salt Lake City....but this time my wife was pregnant and I couldnt take a long trip with her due date being so close. While looking for the M3 I wanted, I put my BMW 135i on the private market (Craigslist)...Mike Warner from Landmark contacted me to offer to buy the 135i and also to see if they had the car I was looking for; on average, I buy/sell a car once per year...so Ive had multiple dealerships offer me $XX for various cars, and once I get serious with them, they end up saying "we meant we could pay as much as $XX for your car..."...and in the end they say theyll pay ~$3K less than their original offer. Needless to say I was reluctant to spend much time talking with Landmark (or any dealership)...but in the few exchanges I had with Mike, he was very professional and honest, and also volunteered to help research any of the cars I was looking at. Once I found the M3 I wanted (located in Ohio), I took Mike up on his offer to research any issues on the specific car...everything looked good, so we started discussions. In the end Landmark bought my 135i as a trade-in (paying exactly what they had initially offered over email, with zero hassling or games...so refreshing!!), and we worked with the BMW Ohio dealership to buy and then ship the M3 from Ohio to Bellevue; Trading in my car to Landmark saved me close to $3,000 in taxes on the M3 purchase...in WA, you only pay taxes (~10%) of the difference when you trade-in your car. Mike and Landmark took care of all the details, including paperwork, registration, and washing the car...and I got a great deal on an extended warranty through them as well. Overall a professional, low pressure, honest dealership to work with; when it comes time for another car purchase, they will be 1st on my list to call.

There needs to be a negative star for these guys. I had a house fire in august 2009 and lost both my 09 Jeep and a 06 VW Golf. Me being the faithful VW fan I wanted to get another. Ended up finding a 04 Touareg on Landmarks site. So I take a friend with me to check it out and notice it already cheaper than expecting (what luck!) I asked why, "because weve had it since Feb." How come no one has bought it? "economy has been rough and people want older cars with better fuel efficiency". ok ok, makes sense. I want 4WD and I know that that can come with are car Ive been wanting for a few years now. So i take it home for the night, no problems, next day we flew through the paper work and also checked out Carfax. No problem. A month doesnt even go by and my brakes start squealing. I called and ask and they say its because it hasnt been driven in so long, just needs to settle in. Then, the brake lights come on, so I go and get it checked out... the TWO opinions I got on them they tell me the brakes are worn down to practically nothing!!! Says I only have 1000 miles to go before Im going to be stranded if I cant fix them soon. When I call Landmark about the specs and what not they tell me "ok well look into that right away and call you back in about an hour". I didnt know an hour meant NEVER!!! these new rotors, pads, calipers, and sensors all cost about $2000 plus labor and thats a lot of extra money to be throwing down after a fire... In all, this company is a joke! Very poor service and after looking at the other reviews (which I really wish I did before I bought from them) they tend to sell cars that need more work than the car is worth. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JERKS!

Had really bad experience with these guys. We bought Mercedes ML350 2006 for $26,000. However, since we bought this car until now we are talking the car from a place to another just to fix. Everyday, new issue comes out. Finally, we realized that the car has an issue with transmission that would cost $4000 to fix. We contacted the manager there and he said once you signed the papers its yours and your problem. Most of there cars are not working or has a serious issue. The reviews show that they were other people had same problem with their cars. But, what is surprising is their good review well most of these reviews are fake and for marketing purposes. Before that we had an issue with the trunk it didnt close all the way down. They asked us to bring it to them to fix and they kept telling us about their professional service and staff. Anyways, we took the car and the guy there put a piece which is not the right one which fixed it for two days and broke it. Then, we took it again to the they said we fixed it but this time it was broke completely after two days. We had no options other than taking it to the mercedes dealership in Lynnwood. They told us who tired to fix it because they put the wrong part. We tired to use our extended warranty that we bought from them. And they didnt cover anything they said we never receive any money from the dealer. Well the had to fight two days until they solve it. Afterall, they didnt cover any of the repair we had to pay $600. To conclude, I dont recomend to buy any broken car from these people for a price of a brand new car because you would regret it as we did. We are sending complain to the state and the bank.

My experience with Dominique, Robert and the rest of the Landmark team was fantastic. The wife and I are expecting our first child in a few months and it was important to me to not only find a suitable family vehicle but to try and get a decent deal in the process. Landmark had the perfect selection of comparable SUVs and allowed the real decision maker, my wife, to be able to test drive all of them back to back to back to back. We must have driven 9 different SUVs from all of the top makes which really helped both of us narrow down our list. As this was a Sunday, it was almost closing time and we werent quite ready to commit. The guys offered for my wife to drive the car another day to see if it fit what she wanted. We took the car overnight, she loved it for her work commute, and we came back and bought our perfect family car. Ive bought a lot of cars and this was one of the most painless processes ever. Factor in that this was for my wife and it adds a whole nother level to the list. The guys knocked it out of the park. Some of our friends are in a similar situation looking for their perfect family car and Ive already provided them with Dominique and Roberts information - Id recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again for all of the help and support. We love our new car and even put it in our baby announcement this Easter for friends and family!
