Purchased a 2013 Audi A4 Premium Plus from Axiom and traded in a 2012 Camry SE. A bit of a unique situation as I worked with all 3 reps at the dealership (Miguel, Alberto, and James). Miguel (pre-sales) - I spoke with Miguel via text and a few calls to get more info on the Audi (found via CarGurus). He was extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to do everything possible to secure the best value for the overall purchase price of the Audi. Alberto (on-site visit) - I spoke with Alberto at the dealership. He was very friendly, positive, and helped me with the test drive and walked me through the history and process that Axiom goes through to find the cars at their dealership and the thing that matters most to the company which is reputation / integrity. James (procurement) - I spoke with James during the final negotiation and paperwork process. He was transparent, upfront, and honored the majority of the deal that was negotiated with Miguel. OVERALL - Transparency is the most important thing during these types of transactions and Axiom (from what Ive seen so far) runs a clean shop. Make sure to do research on the car you want prior, but overall Axiom is looking to do whats in the customers best interest. - The Audi is in excellent condition and as advertised! (will update should anything happen) - Using Credit Card or Debit Card has a 3% fee (so bring a check-book!)

I recently bought a car from this dealership. Yelp reviews were very great for this place and the price was good, so I decided to buy the car. As I found out later the price was lowered because they were not able to sell the car for about a year. The car has some problems that I found only when I started to drive it: leaking windshield reservoir, touch up paint here and there etc. But the worst surprise was when I went to DMV to renew my registration. The dealership didnt pay the registration for the previous year and I had to pay $600 for the car I didnt own! I tried to talk to the manager, but he declined my request to reimburse this money to me. Update - 5/31/2013: I filed a claim to Bureau of Automotive Repair and they did an investigation on my case. The conclusion: 1) It is legal. Dealerships dont have to pay for registration of their inventory. 2) If you operate a vehicle even one day on the streets, you have to pay the entire year of registration. 3) It was just bad timing to buy a car at the end of its registration cycle. I still think that the company could inform me about this pending fee that I will have to pay. But overall the situation is not as bad as I thought it is.

Horrible experience with the sales staff. I showed up to inquire about prices of cars I saw in the lot. I immediately got short and impatient service to my questions about BMW, Audi, and Porsche models. The sales man didnt seem interested in helping me at all, even though no other customers were there. When inquiring about financing he insisted there was no way I could get it. When leaving, he yelled at me and accused me of being a "fake" customer because I showed up on a bicycle. He said "Im not stupid, you are pretending to be a customer so you can lock your bike up here". "If you do that again YOULL BE SORRY". Compare that to another German car dealership down the road, with a bicycle rack, friendly service, and a great selection. Dont waste your time here.

I must say, buying my car through Axiom was a truly pleasant experience, thanks to James. You know what people say about auto dealers, and youve probably met some that fit the bill very well. But working with James on my transaction was as smooth of experience as it could possibly be. Communication was top-notch, he was extremely helpful and we agreed on a very good price for the car. I would easily recommend him and Axiom Auto to anybody looking for a hassle-free car purchase.

Came there for a specific car, James was very polite and helpful. He pointed out another car I may be interested in, and I was.. Enough to test drive them both.. However, ended up going with my original decision. Im very happy about my experience there and the car I purchased from them! Very honest and friendly employees, I recommend this dealership.

I bought a BMW 528i from Axiom 1 year ago and had the car shipped to Connecticut. The car was as promised and they helped with the shipping. Would highly recommend them.
