Spent 40k at the dealership, drove 140 miles. It was the best deal on a 2012 evo MR in the NW. My license plates have been sitting in the admin office for three Weeks. My trip permit expired they are unwilling to reimburse me the cost of another trip permit. All while telling me it is my fault for not coming in to pick up my plates in a timely manner. It states on my paperwork, plates to be mailed to buyer when they arrive at store. The admin person Peggy refused to overnight my plates, stating they do not make and envelope large enough to overnight license plates. Then she hung up on me. I called and left voicemail for the general manager of the store, have not heard from him. Contacted the salesperson, who assured me she would take care of it. Keeping my fingers crossed they show up, before my thirty dollar three day trip permit expires. They showed up prior to the trip permit that I paid for expiring. The name on the registration is incorrect. What are they doing up there at Auburn Valley Dealerships? Not looking out for the customer, that pays their wages, and allows them to stay in business. I suggest you look elsewhere for the vehicle you are interested in purchasing.

I have to say im honestly surprised by some of the reviews here. Now i have to say this dealership went through hell and high water to get me my kia, and even helped me get out of a contract i had signed with another dealership "Car pros" or aka sir scams a lot. Now its been 2 years since i bought my kia there but the salesman i talked to was upfront about all of the coverages, and flat up told me that some of the coverages were completely unnecessary. I walked in and roughly an hour or two later i left with my kia. Now while they did not have my default car in stock, they had one with spoiler, a paintjob and security features already installed and they sold it to me for the same price as the default! Can you say awesome? because i can! Now who knows maybe i got the luck of the draw and maybe because i was going into their dealership trying to get out of scam i had been stupid enough to fall into they went over the top to make my experience good. But all i can say is im sure the kia dealership is not perfect, but they are far better than a lot of the competition, and 2 years later i have no regrets!

I called their service department this morning to find out about a simple problem with my regulator on my window. The gentleman was rude. They cant get my car in for a week to two weeks, and he didnt even know if it was something that would be covered under warranty. I went ahead and called Korum in Puyallup. They were able to tell me that it is indeed covered under warranty AND fit me in today to take a look at it. I have had nothing but problems with the Auburn location. I took the car in once before for an issue with a recall. They were supposed to have the car overnight and ended up having it two weeks. And didnt bother to get me a rental in the meantime. I will never use them again, and either should you! :(

After a devastating loss of my 2012 Hyundai I took the plunge and started my car shopping adventure today. Buying a car has always been a stressful adventure for me so I was dreading the experience. After 3 stops I arrived at Auburn Kia and found not only my replacement vehicle but was given amazing service without any stress. Vasilakis Kyrkos was the salesman and he went out of his way to make the deal without any hassle at all. He made sure all areas of concern were dealt with including touch up paint for future scratches and dings. I am driving away in a new car, without panic and lower payments then even my previous vehicle. Thumbs up to Mr. Kyrkos!

Generally I try to take vehicles that I purchase back to the same dealerships service department. Never again for these guys! How much can you screw up an oil change? Ive got half a dozen pools of oil in my garage, driveway, and front curbside as testament that these guys dont know what they are doing. It took 2 trips back for them to figure out that their tech mutilated a seal, which was causing the leak. For as much as I paid for a simple oil change there, I expect that everything gets put back as it was found. Avoid the service department at all costs! Youre better off taking it elsewhere.

I needed a new car as my old one was on its last leg. I was recommended to this site by a friend of mine. I wasnt really into the Kia Soles because of nits body shape. However after looking at them and being helped by Michael we found a Sole that I really liked and fit my needs. Michael was really patient with me and great with my husband and daughter. He stayed with us the whole time and even entertained us with card tricks while we waited for the paperwork to be ready. It was one of the best experiences Ive had at a car pot. Thank you!

We saw a listing on the web for a great car. Called in to ask about it and V was great. Easy going and fun to chat with. We decided to drive over and have a look at the car at 7pm. Told V we had only about 30 minutes to make the deal IF it was the right price. He totally made it happen. We gave him our bottom line, he gave us theres, and we were off and running! Easiest car buying we have ever done! Thanks for listening and not doing the back and forth thing. We got a great deal and all signed and done in just a little over an hour.

Came to this dealership to look at 2 sorentos. While the first one didnt fit our criteria we asked Michael to go get the newer 2016 model for us to try out. My husband and I waited around and looked at other cars and Michael was no where in sight. We looked inside and he was with another customer sitting down. I came inside and returned the keys and said we are leaving. All he said was "hold on". We didnt stay due to poor customer service. Besides, that the vibe there feels like they are looking for ways to rip you off.

Found a deal on the web & spoke with Jeff, then came in and did a test drive with Jack. Very happy with the car we purchased and the service we received during the process. They paid attention to the small details and were able to answers all of our questions along with walking through all the tradeoffs on different options. Most importantly Jack sat with us to make sure we knew how to use all the options in the car before we left the lot. Entire purchasing process was efficient.
