LIED TO NUMEROUS TIMES!!! TIME WASTED! GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION!!! Working with this dealership has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! My husband and I came into the dealership to look at a 2007 Yukon Denali. After test driving the truck we made an appointment with Pam to come and talk numbers. We waited over 30 minutes for her. We waited past our appointment time. We made a second appointment to take the truck to GMC and get an inspection. Showing up to the dealership, I had to wait for an hour for Pam. She was over 45 minutes late to our second appointment. She caused me to be late getting the truck to GMC. She wasted my time and the service centers time at GMC. Upon getting the vehicle inspected it was found that there were some things wrong with it. A bare minimum of $1,500 worth of work, to around 3k. I needed to discuss the inspection with my husband before making a decision (my husband who works Monday through Friday and unavailable until after 5:00PM). Upon returning to the Mercedes Benz of Bellevue Pam approached me pressuring me to make a decision (without talking to my husband first). Then a second sales associate approached me stating that 3 people were interested in the car (after it had sat on their lot for two months literally untouched by a single person). Danny, the manager then approached me and VERY aggressively stated he had 4 or 5 people who wanted the car and they absolutely would buy it today so I HAD to make a decision (again without speaking to my husband). Danny was so incredibly aggressive I would not have given him my business even if I had mounds cash falling out of my pockets. He was miserable to work with!!! The 3 sales associates were pushy and down right dishonest. I left the dealership with plans to speak to my husband about the car that night and before I was able to do so I received a text from Pam stating it sold. We had offered them the title to my SUV, as collateral to hold the Yukon. They denied the offer. Two weeks go by and my husband and I get an email from Pam stating the dealership has another 2007 Yukon Denali. Same color, similar milage and specs, same price. We asked if it was the same vehicle and if it was not the same truck if we could get the VIN number on it. Pam replied assuring us that it was not the same car and provided us with a VIN number that was in fact different than the first Yukon. She emailed us through out the week letting us know it was in reconditioning and would confirm on Friday that it was ready for a test drive. We made an appointment to come in on Friday, in which she told us she would be busy but that Scott would be available to help us. We received an email from Pam on Friday confirming we could come in for the test drive. When we arrived on Friday, Scott was gone. Pam had not even checked the schedule as Scott did not even work that day. Already feeling jerked around by the dealership, she found someone else to help us. Dennis came over and more confusion began. Pam gave us the specs of the SOLD Yukon, with the VIN number of the NEW Yukon. She also lied as it was NOT a 2007, it was a 2009. She told us the cost was $17,994 and it in fact was $27,991. My husband still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt said "Okay, its fine, lets just go ahead and test drive the truck to see if we even like it". Dennis then informed us that the car was not even ready!!! That it was still going through reconditioning!!! Not only did Pam lie, but she COMPLETELY waste our time for a THIRD time as I had drove down from Bothell during rush hour traffic, to downtown Seattle to pick up my husband, then to Bellevue JUST to test drive the Yukon specifically because Pam HAD CONFIRMED that day the truck was ready for a test drive. Dennis who kept apologizing profusely for the entire situation, said he would contact us when the car was ready to take out for a drive. 5 DAYS LATER we have not heard a single word! The truck now?..... LISTED up for sale on their website, ready to be driven. REALLY?! and NO call letting us know. I cannot stress it enough, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I originally made an appointment for an oil change, even though the dealership charges $257, and the same service in my area is $96 for a full synthetic service. The reason I chose the dealership was that I had purchased the vehicle there in Bellevue in 2008 and also needed to have a "loud squawking sound" addressed by MB technicians. Upon arrival, I was met with an entire "list" of repairs and needs all handwritten out. Basically the technician suggested that all those items be addressed (like a new battery, new wipers, new tires, etc). I refused all of those. He continued to tell me that he knew "exactly what was causing the sounds on a cold start". He suggested that I not have the diagnosis done for $165, since he knew the repair that was needed (basically a pulley belt and some tension adjustment). I gave him the approval to proceed. Since we live over three hours from the Bellevue dealership, we received a loaner car; later in the day the technician called me and said there was something else that needed to be done on the car and it would be $200 more. I verbally approved. The following day, I was contacted again, and the technician told me the sound was still there; and that I would need another pulley replaced and it would be another $1,075. After clearly expressive my dismay, and anger at this obvious gouging of a customer, I felt I had no choice but to approve. When we arrived back to the dealership the following day to pick up our car, I asked the technician for all the parts to my car that had been replaced. He went into an angry panic mode; basically telling me they did not have the parts. I further quoted the state law and asked for the parts from my car, and not another car; he then went and "looked" for those parts and "found them". I have had a local mechanic look at the belt that was replaced and it is virtually in perfect shape. I will have the other parts reviewed later to further analyze. I will never, ever do business with this Bellevue MB dealership. They are dishonest, and do little to hide their approach to gouging customers. I will never buy, lease, or have any repairs in this dealership. I suggest that others do the same; the technician "offered me" a 10% discount for the trouble; not good enough.

Our MB dealer has been quite good and responsive for many, many years. We are in the process of downsizing to one car and to a great deal more reduction to move from a large home to a condo. We explored the options with Dante Jenkins at our MB of Bellevue dealer and he was astounding helpful in every possible way. Dante was with us from the start on this and now, after purchasing a new MB, he is still there with us and for us. In my 80 years I have dealt with hundreds of sales persons with a variety of acceptance and respect. However, I have never seen someone in sales as knowledgable, as comfortable to work with, as respectful and as dedicated than Dante. He is not a "salesperson." He is an uniques person with the ability to inculcate mutual respect right from the beginning introduction. Dante knew or found out every question we had about the class of vehicle that we wanted and he contributed immensely to offering points of view, not pushing an agenda other than doing what was best for us. Dante is a winner in my view and is destined to be a major success in anything he pursues. While we had an excellent experience with the finance department, Dante helped walk us through the process in a prompt and courteous way without "hot box" sales pressure for extras that so many people complain about--he would be a great addition as a finance person. We trust him implicitly as he does not sell cars, he just makes it happen with, not only a new MB but also with a friend, an advocate and a super person. And, by the, way, we drove off with our new MB totally satisfied with our experience. I would never hesitate to recommend Dante, whatever his endeavor, to our wide expanse of friends and associates. The new auto is great even as I downsized from a S550 to a C300 and we thank Dante for making it happen. Phil and Sandra Nudelman
