After almost 3 months, I am updating my review. I was promised verbally and in writing that the sunroof would be fixed on my car and that I would get a complimentary oil change, because the oil change light was on when I bought the car. The service center and the staff at Auburn Way Autos was quick to contact me to schedule a time for the GPS tracking device to be put in my car, but has been giving me the run around about the oil change and the sunroof. I have called the service center at Auburn Way Autos several times and Yesterday was my 2nd time physically going down to the service center only to be told they couldnt help me or they need to talk to whoever about the sunroof and any other excuse they could come up with. I am done trying to chase their staff to get the promised work done, I am going to pay to get the work done elsewhere this week. Be sure to have your own mechanic take a look at the car, because when I went the first time to get the work done on the car, I heard one of the sales guys asking the the service center manager if they were going to "Reset the engine light on the 2002..." I thought when I went to purchase a car that the staff was being genuine and really trying to take care of their customers, but no, they are no help and once you sign the agreement they are done with you. DO NOT SIGN FOR A CAR IF THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR RIGHT THEN AND THERE!

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Was very happy for the first day, until it was driven on the highway and a problem popped up. Called and asked them if they could help as we had just purchased the car the day before. They said okay so my husband goes in for them to say that even though I bought my car the day prior, because they were off at 5 and it was 4:30 they couldnt look at his car. Lazy. Then we take it in again when husband isnt working and they dont have the right tool. Which could have been said the first time around. They were rude and inconsiderate to people spending a lot of money with them. We have had countless problems with the car since we have purchased and any time we have called for help (except for once when I spoke w the owner and he said they would help and my husband went in he wasnt there and who ever was was too lazy to take a minute and look at the car) they have been rude. I would not recommend purchasing a car here. There are plenty of better dealerships close to this. We were in a bind and had to get a car right away so we didnt have the luxury of finding a dealer that actually cares and follows through on their word. Dont waste your time.

Primero fuimos bien amables pero despues lleve el carro para q areglaran de la puerta y una fuga de aceite y me dijeron q no lo ivan arreglar y con una actitud deplorable cruz fuel el q me alludo despues de eso ni alos ojos me podia ver, la verdad fue la peor esperiencia comprando un carro. At first we went very happy but i took the truck to get the door fixed and the oil was leaking and they said they wouldnt fix it with a bad attitude, cruz is the one who sold us the truck and after he didnt even want to look at us and help. Honestly it was the worst experience buying a vehicle.

at first we were really happy with everything and we even bought two cars, but I went to go get an oil change at a different location and turns out the car was full of things that needed to be fixed on it I asked the dealership if they would be able to do any of those since I bought the car without knowing there was so many problems but they said no so I had to pay out of pocket for everything, my boyfriends cars breaks gave out on him and he hasnt even had the car for a month. Really makes you rethink buying a car from here , cant wait to make enough payments on so I can finally trade it in somewhere else and get a good car without problems , or at least to know about the problems before hand would be good !

Ive bought many used cars over the years and I can say the experience at Auburn Way Autos was very good. They share free CARFAX reports on their inventory up front for an insight into vehicle history. Cruz was the salesman who showed us the car we were interested in. He took us on a thorough test drive that put the car through the paces, which was extremely helpful in our evaluation of the car. The price negotiation was fair, Bill and Phil were accommodating, paperwork was completed efficiently, and we were on our way with our purchase. We were very pleased with the straight forward dealings at Auburn Way Autos and would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

Had the second best experience ever. The first best experience was when we bought our truck here 3 years ago. When we came back the second time this last week we were more than pleased to see ALL the same employees! Who sees that on a used car lot these days?!. To us that says a lot. Frank was just the best got us in and out with our new wheels in under a couple hours. Was an awesome feeling when we walked into the lot and they remembered our names. I love Auburn Way Autos. They were able to help me when other places wouldnt. Oscar did whatever he could to get me into something and was very friendly and personable in the process. I loved the way they all made me feel that it was not just about selling a car but that they were here to help...now and in the future. I referred someone to Auburn Way Autos and the salesman even helped him to get his license back. Not only that, I got a referral bonus. If I ever want to get another car in the future, this will definitely be the first place I come back to and refer people I know to.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. From the salesman Miguel to the owner Phil everyone here is caring and willing to help. You can get a car loan easily and without any hassles. Love the owner and the lead mechanic Jason who will soon be moving but I know the owner will get someone equal to the excellence and customer service oriented man Jason is. They made good on all repairs I requested. They are truly out to help those who need a car and need help with credit issues. Please support these wonderful people. God bless them all.

The lady with the short hair was way too damn pushy. I didnt even get out of my car before she ran up to me. Told her multiple times im just trying to see what i like and that im just looking for one car to catch my eye. Fallowed me around the whole damn lot until miguel came out and asked us what we were looking for. Was super nice and said if anything catches our eye to let him know. And let us look around. Yet the lady was on my ass STILL & made it very uncomfortable. I would much rather have just had miguel help us.
