I have bought three vehicles from these folks, and can honestly say they probably shouldnt even be in the used car/auto mechanic and repair business, because theyre just too honest. It blows me away that there are still merchants, craftsmen(and women), business people, like these. I have seen every staff memeber (all long-term) under time constraints and other challenges, unflappable, always committed to making customers happy- even if their car wasnt a Lexus. And more than a few Beemers and Lexi owners have found them like I have, and latched on, but they give my old Focus the same TLC. It has surprised me no less than 4 times in the 20 years Ive dealt with them in their various iterations, to return to the mechanic shop to pick up my repaired vehicle, only to be told that the price quoted was too high, that a cheaper solution had been found which was as good. When was the last time that happened to you at a mechanics garage? They are the best shop in town, cant imagine better.
