Purchased car on 7/17 with trade in. Don, the mgnr called me the next day at 5pm while I was driving home from work stating that I needed to send proof of address (phone bill) to them before the end of the day or else hell fine me $20k and stating that tomorrow is too late. We got in an immature argument on the phone (both being immature). I called the new lender and they stated that it was ok to send the next day. I called and emailed multiple times regarding the pay off and later multiple times regarding not receiving my license plates. They stopped returning my emails and began claiming that they "have been returning my calls". On 8/28, I contacted them to tell them I havent received my plates and that my temporary permit was to expire. They stated that driving with an expired temporary permit was fine as long as I had a photo of my registration that they had on hand. On 9/3, my plates finally arrived with the registration (stating that it was issued on 08/28!!!). They also stated that another pay off check was sent after I called in. On 9/10, my lender, Wells Fargo, stated that no pay off has been received yet. It is now 9/11. Its been exactly 8 weeks since purchase. I have only received my plates in the last week and I have yet to have my previous car payed off. Its now 9/11 when I am suppose to morn my lost friends as a U.S. Air Force veteran and a prior firefighter. Thanks A2Z. A2Z, please help me shake this negative feeling I have of you. Please prove that you actually did pay off my car and that you didnt wait 7 weeks to register my new car. Was it the original phone call that we had and youre punishing me for saying no to you? Otherwise Ill be faxing in my WA DOL complaint and BBB complaint. Also, all emails available upon request.

A2Z autoSales : dealership in N Lynnwood and part of Snohomish Chamber I purchased a Dodge Magnum and Im happy of the deal I got. Also as any other small and privately owned stablishment in WA. The point is not just to make the sale. I read few reviews posted into Google. Im very concern with the previous Google users. I found the dealership very honest and proffesional. I do recomend this business because like others around the N Lynnwood and Everett they have a problem admitting a no for an answer. Pushy salesman. That makes me unconfortable and i usually walk out. Anyways my car runs good. I send it to Dodge Dealer because even do is a 2005 is still 9 years of age. and most of the things need to be check and repair as we go. I hope you read the review and find yourself useful information. All cars are "used" means there arent new. Please review correctly not just because you didnt like the USED car you review the Business and their Business structure.

Horrible, this place sold me a hurricane Katrina car, lasted 3 months and was supposedly a 2011. I was stupid but they are criminals, they obviously faked a carfax promised all kinds of things to get me to buy the vehicle and didnt come through. Did not return many of my phone calls, and even hung up on me a time or two. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy (well maybe), but anyways stay clear of this place shady as all hell, had a mechanic do an inspection of the car after I bought it, the engine was sprayed, and this place knows all kinds of tricks to make a car look meanwhile it falls apart on you the minute you drive it off the lot. To top it off their customer service sucks. Also there team of conartist seem to go through a revolving door here.

I give it OK because they worked out a deal with me but I know they got me in the wallet. They laughed and smiled and the car I ended up with will hopefully serve the purpose. Bottom line, Ill never go back again. They all about the Bling$$$ and not concern about long term business relationship even though they say they are. Hopefully they read this comment and re-examine they way they do business. They really should get half a star, but theres hope. Don, get it together or you wont be in the business long. You know you got over on that deal........Its all good, you just lost a lifetime customer.

Bottom line: Dont come here. The guy that runs this place will do anything to sell you whatever is on his lot whether its a good runner or not. He threw a bunch of false numbers at me (being my first time looking for a car) about financing, saying the best APR rate he would have been able to give me was 30%.... sure. The mechanic told me I was getting a great deal on a car that was way overpriced (about $2,000 over) for the condition it was in. This guy will not let you leave unless you just walk out mid sentence.

At first they were friendly and eager to get me in the door. I drove up to their lot and took a good look at a car and found some issues and pointed them out. (I was willing to haggle at that point). After that they stopped answering my emails. They were totally unwilling to discuss, unwilling to talk price. Just silence. I wound up buying the same model from another dealer in better condition, with fewer miles and for a better price.

I paid out right all but 500 for my car 2 years ago paid remaining in less than a month that and Im still waiting for title transfer they would take return calls and respond in anyway! DO NOT GO HERE EVER
