NO STARS, DANGEROUS USED CAR LOTI bought a used volvo from Joe the day before the superbowl. He told me it was a great car, that i would enjoy. The transmission was sticking, i was concerned but he told it was just a glich of having switched from automatic to manual transmission. after it continued to have a problem, i took it to a mechanic who first tried to replace the transmission fluid and then looked at it more closely and said that the transmission is going. Tried to return the car under the lemon law. Joe was not there, left a note with his partner who was doing paperwork, told him I would be back in the morning to ask for my money back left the car and took the key. Joe called me on my cell phone screaming that i could not return the car and that I needed to pick it up right way. We got to the lot to pick up the car and his coworker came at us screaming that we could not return the car. I am 4 11, my son 5 7--this man came at him as he was trying to move the car off the lot, screaming and throwing the note at him through the open window of the car we wanted to return. I told him i wanted to leave the note on joes desk, he came at me screaming. I have told them I will pursue criminal action and will have to return tomorrow, not with my son, but with the mechanics who looked at the car and perhaps can call Joe and his car dealership on their dishonesty before I have to contact my attorney, a criminal lawyer. An absolutely horrible experience where i felt my sons and my life were in danger from goons who give used car salesmen a bad name.

so i bought a car from them over a year ago and turned around and traded it back to them for a family car and have had nothing but issues receiving notices of illegal actions happening with the car and my family still being the registered owner and the truck i traded it for was in the shop 4 times before the motor blew at 102,xxx miles stranding me half a state from home i will never buy another vehicle from them i will sell them a car that i rigged to work for 20 miles for the reason that that seems to be their interest. I had the truck for about 4 months before it blew on me. I dont know about you but 4 months for 6,000 bucks was a bad investment. DO NOT BUY YOUR CHILDS FIRST CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO GET METAPHORICALLY RAPED.

It was a single owner vehicle and he gave me a great deal on the price. I sold the car to this day, the vehicle is still running great.
