I requested the Gridley service technicians to my lower my rear seat in my supercrew F150, after recently purchasing it, so I could use the space behind the seat for extra storage. Its not easily accessible by hand. They told me that it would require the removal of every bolt attaching the seat to the floor/ Id be charged a couple hours of labor. I was picking up a bad feeling and casually left their facility. I went to the Ford dealership in Yuba City and explained the same situation. They literally had a tech come over with a tool, reach behind the seat and un-latch it with in less than 30 seconds(no charge) Do not trust the Gridley service personnel unless you want to forfeit your money/ be scammed.

Spoke with sales manager Jeffrey Unck. He was pleasent and nice enough. Said he wpupd call tomorrow morning. The next morning i called 10:15am and he said he was in Chico and wpuls call back shortly. By 4:00PM was upset as i have not heard back. I boughtcar elsewhere. Called and spoke woth his boss and all he offered was excuses. Terriable customerservice. I would only recommend these guys if you want to be jerked around. I will never do business woth them and will tell all about the worst car dealership in Northern California. Buyer beware. I would five less then a star if i could. They dont deserve the star i had to give to write this review.

Although the dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for, my experience as a first time car buyer was a nightmare. An absolute nightmare, to be exact. The salesman was downright rude and told me and my father (on multiple occasions) the vehicle had features that it did not and then denied doing so in such a manner that I was completely offended...not that my feelings or this salesmans actions mattered to the next person I spoke with. I will not be a returning customer.

Gridley Ford broke a park on my Ford Focus and refused to cover the cost. Horrible service manager who is dishonest and rude. Dont waste your money or time. You can get much better deals at Geweke! Bought a Escape 2015 from Curtis Engen, he was very friendly and helpful. Wasnt sure I would like a smaller car as I had an Expedition, but Im loving it as he said I would. I had my car in for its routine service. I always find Gridley Ford efficient, timely and never trying to sell me that extra little (or big) unwanted/needed service. Great people who I know I can trust. (I dont drive a Ford but I bought my Hyundai there as a previously owned vehicle and they service it beautifully.)
