Showed up with no appointment mid-day, mid-week. Looked at what was on lot and selected 4 cars to test drive. The salesman was VERY, low-pressure (let me look with zero interference, waited for me to approach him with questions--which I prefer!) and very accommodating (didnt act put-out by the fact that I test drove 1/3 of his inventory)! Not a large selection or number, most are $3800, or less; but, what they have is solid/decent! I would recommend visiting the lot vs emailing, or calling! Its a small lot, but it stays busy. (Street parking on the side is easiest. ). Overall, very positive experience. Im not a "car person/gear head" so shopping for cars is REALLY not fun for me--he made it sooo much less stressful! Good guy, not just good salesman.

If I could give no stars I would. I just bought a jeep from Vince and I took it to the mechanic to change the oil. But he couldnt do it. He showed me the bolt was stripped on the oil pan. In fact, a string was wrapped around it to keep the bolt on. He said if he took it off he wouldnt be able to get it back on. He showed me everything it needed including replacing the radiator, water pump, intake manifold, oil pan, timing cover, and thermostat replacement totaling $2,600 in repairs. Im royally pissed and filing a complaint.

I never give reviews, but these people seem to have some pretty bad customer service. I asked a pretty simple question over email, and someone there replied with a pretty rude response, having it all in caps, very unprofessional. Glad Im not getting a car there.

Called to make sure car was available and letting them know I was coming, drove over an hour to check it out. Pulled in to check it out and they were taking someone else in to purchase the vehicle. Bad customer service..had cash in hand to purchase it.
