I purchased a truck from here. The night i purchased it, the check engine light came on, and because i bought it "as is", i took it to a repair shop. The shop informed me the truck is not smogable (its a 2004 GMC). Along with this issue, there were others the shop informed me of. I thought it would be best to contact the dealer to ask if they would help with the issues since the sales lady assured me they send their cars through a rigorous inspection to make sure everything is o.k. They just must have missed it being 3 quarts low on transmission fluid because a seal was bad and would not hold anymore without leaking all over my driveway. After being treated poorly by the boss, Ezra, they finally agreed to take a look at it, but could not guarauntee they would resolve the issues. The truck was in their shop for a day, and they called and said it was done. When we picked it up, the tranny was still low on fluid and we asked why. We were told, "We did not take any fluid out". It all just leaked out on the way there and they were letting it leave their lot once again low on fluid. After Ezra told me "Hey, i didnt sell you this truck, i am just the boss" we were on our way with no tranny fluid. Other issues include; leaking doors, a/c does not work (advertised with a/c), the cd player does not work (advertised with cd), and bad window motors. This dealer claims they want to make the customer happy, but after dealing with these issues for almost a month with plenty of disrespect from the staff, the only time i was happy was on the test drive. I would recomend going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle and comment back if you would like to speak furhter about all of the issues i have had with this truck and Ezra over at sunrise motors.

We went to Sunrise motors on a whim!!! Just browsing, seeing what we might like. We were helped by a great salesmen Jim!! We looked at a little bit of everything, he was very honest about each vehicle! You can not ask for more than that! We told him our wish list and he showed us nothing that did not meet our needs! After test driving a truck we ended up purchasing one!! It was a smooth FUN experience!!!! And we are excited about our new Truck! To top it off we got a great warranty! I will be a customer for life.. They have a no pressure approach and will go the extra mile to get you where u need to be.. I Scheduled an alignment. I had dropped the vehicle off at 9 so I thought but everyone just walked past me and the doors were locked until 0930. I was told it would be a 2 hr. job... turned into a 7 hr. job with no phone, acknowledgememt, or asking if Id been helped. Oh and it didntget done Disgraceful if thats how you run a business.

Place is a joke..takes 6 months+ to get license plates and they sale trucks that have check engine lights that come on a week later..fat gay in parts department says he ll call you back about parts and never does and his mechanic half asses his work..would never buy from these boneheads again..love my truck but their shady people
