We knew exactly what we were looking for when we first pulled into the lot. Their website had great pictures of the van we were hoping to buy, and the salesmen were helpful without being overbearing. The test ride went great, they checked out the vehicle and we left happy. Down the road, however, our van had the unexpected happen. The fuel pump broke, and we wound up pulling off twenty miles away from the lot. We called the lot again, and let them know what happened. When they found out the tow truck driver was out for the day, the owner sent one of the salesmen to pick us up, and even did the repairs for free! We were so impressed with the owners dedication to take care of their customers. Its rare to find such honest lots these days, and well definitely be going back if we need to get any new vehicles.

If I could give negative stars I would. This establishment will rip you off and sell you a car that barely is street legal then turn around and wont give you a warranty. I recommend that no one in their right mind buy a car here. Unfortunately my sister now has to pay to fix up a car that she purchased less than a week ago. Thanks Austin! Your a piece of work! Update: now I am not deleting this review I am simply updating it. My sister when back to Austins today and picked up her plates. After hearing what had happened with her brakes and tires the person was able to replace the brakes which honestly supposed to be done before she drove off the lot. But the guy was honest and I thank you for that.

Scamming people with their horrible cars, wouldnt recommend to anyone ! Might be open to repairing your car but it will come back with damage.
