Im so lost for words...Visited Car Max in Puyllup Washington and my sales guy was Carlos Hernandez. Was very impressed with this young gentlemen who had so much patience and beyond helpful. We had so much money for down payment and my husband and I pick about 6 vehicles ran the numbers and finally got us a 2015 Chevy Scion with only 13,000 miles on it, and what is more awesome is that they show you the history of the vehicle and there is no such thing as a FINANCE MANAGER, its just you, your salesman and the computer..Plus they offer extended warranty...What made it more special is when we were done signing papers, we walk out to our car with a big huge ribbon on it, so so awesome..Much Much Much Mahalo Nui Loa CAR MAX....

My first car buying experience was a little rocky, but CarMax helped me through it. Despite problems with my bank and my auto loan, Sean Perkins (my consultant) was very patient and helped me get through the process of buying the vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful, and never once rushed me to make a decision. Its been less than a week, but Im enjoying my new Honda and have had no problems so far. I would definitely return to this CarMax location to buy another car in the future!

Employees were absolutely professional and friendly, but their offers to buy vehicles are rather low. Got offered $32,000 for my vehicle when two different dealerships offered $36,000. I was told it would take 45 minutes to recieve an offer, it took an hour and a half. I drove across the street and made a deal that day to Larson in 20 minutes.. Talk about low ball. Make sure you look around for offers before deciding to go with these guys.

I took my vehicle in to have an oil change. The service department was super friendly and informed me on an additional issue I was having with a belt. The head technician showed me the problem up close and I was able to see for myself there was a problem. I was expecting a large bill for the extra service and to my surprise it was not. I even received a free car wash. I will be using CARMAX from here on out for all of my maintenance.

Jillian is very rude and should NOT be working behind the counter answering phones or providing customer service. I was told a few days ago that my title would be sent to me and arrive the next day...well, its been days! She was very disrespectful and gave me attitude, which I gave in return, and then tried to be nice. Too late! Dont snap if youre not making a sale. Just push the paper through and collect your paycheck.

Fantastic car buying experience! Love the no-haggle pricing, they paid top dollar for our trade-in, maxcare extended warranty was half the price of other dealer extended warranties, great financing rates, customer service was fantastic AND we got Seahawks tickets!!!! Elias was very professional salesman. The manager Chastity was awesome!! Will definitely be back for our next car purchase!!! Go hawks!

Wasted an hour waiting for them to offer me 4k for my vehicle that they sell for 16k for same year, model and mileage. Dont waste your time here. Puyallup is very well known for great deals at reputable dealerships with far superior service. Sorry to see Car max tarnish such a great reputation.

All the cars are unlocked, you can just walk in and look at what you want! They have everything from a Porsche to a Kia and no one ever bothers you unless you ask one if there many helpful staff. This is how car buying should be.
