Three months...havent had my vehicle in my possession once because these guys sold a piece of crap with problems they knew about. All vehicles on the lot are mere auctioned vehicles with major major flaws. I purchased a vehicle that had been returned by a military member because they had to get their JAG involved. When I received the vehicle, it was in the same condition. This business did absolutely nothing to make repairs to the vehicle; simply put it right back on the lot for sale. We were able to come to a half-ass agreement to make repairs to the vehicle. It has now been three months and I am still not in possession of my vehicle. First three monthly payments out of my pocket down the drain. When I got the vehicle for a test drive after their mechanic "fixed" it, THE REAREND CAUGHT ON FIRE! For another month, they legitimately stole my vehicle; would not tell me where it was even after the third time of asking. Now that I have located it, barely anything in our agreement was fixed. I recently found out that the body shop it was in, it has just been sitting. The owner of the body shop tells me he had to go out of town for a few days; I’m okay with that, life happens. However, for those few days, this dealership kept telling (lying to) me that repairs were being made. I would have been fine with being told the truth, nothing wrong with that. Speaking of truth, Gabe and I cut a deal to have a check returned to me in my favor of such a beat up vehicle. During the repairs, he tells me he may need to cut into that check BUT SAYS HE WOULD CALL ME FIRST TO GET PERMISSION. When I went to pick up the check, it was six hundred dollars short with no explanation or phone call. In my experience with this dealership, I would say stay away especially military members. They will try and tell you that they respect and appreciate your service; and it’s all smiles from them when you are there in person but beware of these guys. Worst family run business in America!

Would never recommend them to anyone and I will never do business with them again. They drag their feet with paperwork and cause the customer great inconvenience. Ive had my vehicle for one month and the vehicle is fine, the buying experience was okay. However, they drag their feet on the paperwork once you leave the lot. They dont call you once your tags are ready, I had to call them on day 30. Their response, yes they will be ready by end of day. I suspect that they have tags and registration stickers on site they can issue immediately, but they sit on the paperwork and your registration fees so, in my opinion, they can get a few extra dollars from the interest of holding on to your money. They also sat on submitting the title until 30 days causing me to risk my interest rate skyrocketing when my credit union doesnt receive proof that I actually purchased a vehicle. When I confronted Mary, after fumbling around with what I suspect was a standard excuse and I kept pressing, she just said "I have 40 days to do it." Well you did it in 30 days Mary, congratulations!

Please dont visit premier auto on Rosemount rd in Virginia Beach. They put my daughters life and my life in danger by selling me a horrible car promising that the car could make it to Florida but it couldnt even make it down the street. Im suppose to move to Florida in a few weeks before my husband got back from deployment. The car had a leaking radiator and a head gasket blown. They kept taking off the check engine light saying it was the gas cap. Also the inspection sticker might be a fake. Please avoid. They took my money and wont give it back after multiple times I said I didnt want the car. They dont show respect to military service members and their spouses. They take your money and sell you a horrible car. I drove the car one week out the three weeks I had it. And I still dont have the car and paying insurance for a car Im not even driving. THEY DONT CARE that theyre selling bad cars. PLEASE AVOID!!

I knew and saw exactly what I wanted, Jason my salesperson was very helpful. The financial manager, Roy I call him, the Blessing from GOD, very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and You tell him your situation and he Works with JESUS, Lol, to get you approved!.. If Roy cant get you financial, nobody can! The guys that wash your car and put your tags on, 100 degrees outside and they never complained. Last but not least you have to meet the Owner before you leave, I call him Mr. Premier he is so as southern folks say( down to earth), a very good man. Premier Auto is It for me and my Family and Friends!!! I Love my BMW!

I love these crazy guys.. lol. I have bought 3 cars from them. They are honest and reputable. They will not put you in something that they know has any issues or will cause trouble later. They seem to pick out the best vehicles that are in good condition. They will really work with you if you build trust with them and they gave me a free soda. lol. I like them. We are like family now. I just go there to see what they have sometimes because really, anything is possible with them. You have a dream, try it with these guys, they will be more likely to see it through then the average guys. I know from experience.

I wish I read all the comments about this car place and i would have never purchase a car from here. So if ur thinking of buying a car here DONT I guarantee u once u take it home you will spend thousands of dollars to get it fix. I just put 1 star bc there is no choice under that! This place doesnt care about selling a good car and the customer satisfaction. All they care is the check u have in your hand once they get it tthere not gonna give a damn if u go back the next day. So please rrun away from this place. They DO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! USED CARS ARE JUNKS AND COST A LOT OF MONEY

This place is full of liars, I was sold a car that had a bad oil leak! I was told that the engine was checked but later found out it was not they hooked up their diagnostics and said there was a problem with the exhaust, thats because the oil had leaked into the exhaust system I had to pay over 3800 to fix the car on top of paying a high interest loan. Do NOT shop here. Sales staff are dishonest and knowingly sell bad vehicles

Love this place. I was able to get the car I wanted at the down payment I wanted and the payments I wanted. Jacob is awesome honest and straight forward which is really refreshing when it comes to car shopping. I really appreciate the work they put in to get me financed and I know I definitely wasnt an easy case. Thank You guys so much. I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought all of my cars here some they had on the lot and some I had them look specifically for me. Either way I end up with a vehicle in great condition great miles and a great price. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car whether you know what you want or not. These guys are the best!!!
